Great price and location for home opener and casino fun. New towels are very needed, dishes were still in the dishwasher, and kitchen needed cleaned better but overall, the stay was comfortable and nice. We would definitely rent again.

Do not stay here

The location of the property was not good. Nothing safely walkable. No restaurants open. Run down dilapidated “mall” Zero parking . You are walking far. with bags. in a not safe area.Difficult to access unit. Security guard unkind and unprofessional. However , I can absolutely understand why security is needed.Property stained, dirty and smelled bad. DO NOT STAY HERE

Filthy, total dive, probably catch something staying here

After traveling for 16hrs for an emergency visit to a friend who was fighting for his life at Cleveland Clinic, we were shocked by the condition of this condo and the treatment we received from the staff.Firstly, upon our late-night arrival, we were greeted by a team of homeless beggars outside the entrance to the building. Glad to see that the heavily armed guards inside were enjoying coffee and phone time, instead of sweeping the sidewalk out front.The check-in experience was a total joke. What should’ve been a five minute check-in took at least 15-20min, with no small measure of uncertainty, as the clerk at the desk had zero record of us being on the books and had to call and text people to update her records.The room itself was a total dump. Handprints and smudges on every surface...walls, doors, light switches, mirrors, windows. There was hair all over the place, and the dryer was full of other people's lint. Loose dirt covered every floor, and there were only two towels for the entire 2-bedroom condo. The showers were luke-warm and filthy.We didn't stay, requested a refund, but the management company refused, despite the photos we sent to show how filthy their condo was.Save your money, rent anywhere but here, unless you want what feels like a by-the-hour brothel room. It's a total dive.

Great Location, Great property

You cannot be more central in Cleveland than here. Host was helpful with last minute details on stay and communicative through minor issues throughout. Apartment was great, comfy with all necessary amenities. Walkable to restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy. All around great time.

Great apartment!

We had a great time at this beautiful apartment in downtown Cleveland! We'll definitely stay again! We had a little trouble finding where to check in and should have brought some essentials like paper towels etc, but other than that...it was excellent!

Great location in downtown Cleveland for walking places. Just be warned, where they have you park you have to walk across a mall to get to the place so not easy if you have lots of luggage, kids, pets etc. Parking was also more than $16 a day.

Great Downtown Cleveland Lodging.

This was an awesome 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for a weekend trip to Cleveland. Right downtown in the center of all the happenings of the city. Rental was clean and comfortable and exactly as the pictures describe. Initial obtaining of the keys seems a little complex but once you are onsite you see how simple it is. Check in with security, then you have to take an elevator bank that goes to the highest floors to get the keys, then back down and use the other elevator bank for your regular in and out, reads more complicated than it is in reality. Would 100% stay here again.
