Memorial Day stay

We had a group of 5 dads and 10 kids staying the weekend and the house was great for that many people. The two fridges were key for all the food and drinks we had. Wish there was a little more open storage in kitchen for snacks and things but the kitchen is very well stocked with items you might need. House could be a little cleaner and outdoor furniture could be wiped down before arrival.

Perfectly Fit our Needs!!!

We had a 3 generation family gathering at the end of the July 4th holiday and this location was perfect for us. We took full advantage of all the house had to offer. The game room, upstairs bunk room, grill, large patio with fireplace and even the hot tub were all utilized. The only odd feature was that there was really no pantry to store any food stuffs. Not a big deal, just a little odd. We were pleasantly surprised to find a second full size refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room and that really came in handy. Great kitchen appliances. Appreciated all of the notes/instructions as well. Easy walk to the winery and park as well. Cannot recommend this place enough for a large group!!

Beautiful home, and location

Home was in great condition on entry, well cleaned. Hot tub well maintained and cleaned as well. Game room was fun and left little to be desired. All as advertised. While I won't place a star in a negative category, I will say for 850 a night, please invest in higher quality toiletries... The very hard single ply was a little out of place in such an awesome home. Otherwise, the five stars are well deserved. :)

A seat around the table

Great to be able to sit all around the same large table for dinner. We enjoyed the stay as expected, and I look forward to booking again when the time comes. Small suggestion: the dishwasher was confusing to multiple folks in our group, so it could be helpful to give a couple instructions on usage.

A little bit of heaven

Overall, we were very happy with Fit for a King. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We loved the back patio. It is an attractive, comfortable home. The game room in the garage was a great addition. The activities in the area from golf and hiking to rafting and swimming were delightful. Our only suggestion would be that you add a dresser and some hooks for the bedroom of f the great room. There was no way to store or hang clothes. The room with the pullout bed was pretty cramped for four children. they made it work but it seems more like a room for two. We had a WONDERFUL time and the flaws were minor. Wish the grill had been fixed when we called to report it early in the week. That was a minor inconvenience as well. Thanks for providing lovely living arrangements for a family gathering that was memorable. Mary Keenan

Great house, great value. Plenty of bedrooms and excellent kitchen/dinning/living space.

We had six couples staying plus a few more visiting and the space was perfect. Very festive spaces and never crowded. Plenty of parking and no one gets boxed in or needs to park off-site. For the number of bedrooms it was the best value in Suncadia. We will definitely book again.

Clean and pet friendly

All the basics you need for a great getaway weekend. Only consideration is that you are right on top of neighbors in the back, so if you like hanging out late on the deck it might annoy some. Game room in the garage however is perfect (and noise proof ) for kids (and adults!)

Great for groups with kids!

We came with a group of friends & kids ages ranging 6 months - 9 years old. The many large bedrooms, bathrooms & kids bunk rooms were ideal.
