The hotel was so clean and the staff was just awesome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was confortable. Even though we faced the highway and train tracks, we barely heard anything and slept well. The walk to wintrust waa about 17 minutes but it didnt feel like it with much to see while walking. We would definitely return

This property was awesome. It was clean, quiet, and so convenient. The staff was awesome, knowledgable, and friendly. I felt safe traveling with my family. No signs of bugs or other types of pests. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location in Chinatown. The staff is not always very friendly or helpful. The cleaning seems to have slipped at this hotel. It was my favorite place to stay in Chicago last year as I work in the city each week, but now I find it is slipping in cleaning and breakfast service
