Comes with A/C in all rooms, a king and 2 double beds in bedrooms, TV, full equipped kitchen, outside sitting area, and peaceful neighbours. Xcacel Beach is a 5 minutes walk away. Its a turtle sanctuary as well. The house is located with only few steps to cenotes. Beach bars, restaurants, ruins, snorkeling, diving, sailing, fishing, spas, adventure parks and cenotes nearby.

Warm in Chan Chemuyil!

At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again.
Stayed 10 nights in Feb 2022
