Everything was great except the front desk attendant when we arrived was rather "off putting". We mentioned how we chose to return to this hotel one week later (on our return trip) because we enjoyed the initial stay and she didn't even respond, at all. I'm not sure she enjoys her job. The morning attendant was excellent!

Nice hotel, decent amenities, comfortable beds, very nice shower, ample space, overall happy with this stay and would stay again. That said, the front desk staff seemed a bit distracted by their phones at times and it’s worth noting that there is no awning on this building which normally wouldn’t matter much but it rained quite a bit when we were there and it made having to carry our stuff out to our van each day for work a bit challenging since we had no sheltered place to load up.

The hotel has some wonderful attributes and amenities about it. However, the staff does not live up to hospitality standards. It was brought to the lobby staffs’s attention that evening that the coffee bar was extremely filthy and the trash was overflowing, but they refused to clean it up. My bathroom shower was not probably clean it. His civil strains of body hair as well as other remnants in my toilet was also stopped up and I was asked to plunge it myself. A previous guest also left chewing gum sitting on the shower bottle inside the shower and it was not removed.
