The description/pictures are exactly as posted. House was easy to find. Host was very communicative. Felt safe in the area. A gentleman walking his dog (who happens to also be a bills fan) was extremely polite & friendly making us feel welcome in the neighborhood. Close to everything. The bearded buffalo is less than a mile from the house, highly recommend! Would stay here again in the future.

Perfect place for us to stay at so we could visit family in the area. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate cooking items I needed to prepare a special meal for my family. Check in was super easy & communication with the owners was top notch. Check out was a breeze & stress free.

Great property, but not for small children

Great place, but unreasonable expectations for small children. We had a pleasant stay at this property, with easy check-in and out processes. Unfortunately, after our stay we were informed that we were being charged for finger nail designs made in the fabric of the microfiber couch. There were no rips, tears, or damage to the couch, just displacement of the direction of the fabric is the divine artistic fashion of a three year old. When she does this on our microfiber couch we simply use a damp cloth to brush the fabric back to the same direction…sure not hire a cleaning team for 50 to do a 30 second job.

Adorable Home!

My sisters and I had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay in Belmont. Excellent location, great size, aesthetically pleasing interior, additional back patio area as well! The host was very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Nice stay

Very cute house, could use some shelving in the master bathroom shower and it's on a busy road right up by the street. But overall very nice and clean, we would stay again

Well located home close to Downtown Belmont

I'm originally from Belmont and had come home for a family wedding. I, my husband, and 2 adult daughters stayed here 5 nights. The home is cozy, clean, and very welcoming. It is only a mile f to Downtown Belmont, 1.5 miles to Harris Teeter Grocery Store and minutes to I-85. Hosts were very communicative as well. If you need a home base while doing things in and around Belmont and Charlotte, this is the perfect spot!

Belmont bright spot

This old but updated home is so neat. It was convenient to spending time in Charlotte. We visited the Billy Graham Library and Crowder's Mountain State Park as well as the McAdenville Christmas lights and downtown Belmont. We loved our time and the accommodations were perfect. The 3 nice sized bedrooms had comfy beds and 2 bathrooms were spacious. We utilized the well stocked kitchen. The couch was a relaxing space too. It was a fun stay.

Thanksgiving family vacation

My stay at the Belmont Bungalow was exceptional. This gem of a home is clean and inviting and the host is very responsive. The beds are super comfy and the house is very well organized. I have had the pleasure of renting this home several times and I have family who have rented the Belmont Cottage adjacent to it which is very convenient when we visit family living in the area. The location is excellent for visiting the cute town of Belmont as well as other attractions in the area. I look forward to staying again! Thank you so much for everything!!

Belmont Bungalow was an amazing place to relax with family.

We were here for a graduation of our oldest granddaughter Morgan from Belmont Abbey College. This home was conveniently located and just the right size for our family! It's impeccably decorated, and immaculate! We were very pleased with Gwynn's property!

Great house for a near-Charlotte getaway

House is adorable and well-outfitted for a weekend stay. Belmont's cute downtown main street area is a quick drive or about a mile walk for lots of restaurant/bar options and shops (although shops were closed during the hours we were there). Nighttime traffic noise was tough for our light sleepers, but otherwise everything was great. Owners were easy to contact and nice about letting us have a late check-out. Would definitely stay here again.
