Host is great. The location is ideal, on the water with boardwalk to restaurants. The condo was super clean, king size bed very comfortable and loved having 2 full bathrooms.

The condo was roomy, light, bright, clean and very private. Excellent communication by the host. Access to the walkway along the marina was only a few steps away. We had a fun dinner at The Salty Dog with live music most nights, less than a 10 minute walk. All in all a wonderful stay and we would recommend this rental to everyone looking to stay in this area.

Great place to getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay! My daughter and I wanted a fun place near the beach to celebrate her birthday, and this condo was marvelous - lovely decor, spacious, and looks out from the living space and dining area onto the fabulous marina. Sunsets are amazing!

My 19 year daughter and I had a great time. The location was awesome. Close to the beach, walking, places to eat and shop. The view was incredible from the living room. The check in and check out process was super easy. We will definitely come back.

WEDDING

ATTENDED MY NIECES WEDDING IN CHARLESTON AND RECEPTION AT MINGO POINT. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND VRBO VERY ACCOMMODATING. JUST WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A QUALITY VRBO. HAVING COFFEE OVERLOOKING THE MARINA WAS A GRET WAY TO WAKEUP IN THE MORNING.

Beautiful location!

Had a fantastic stay! Great, central location. The property is well appointed and very comfortable. Conveniently just across from the private community pool. Very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

loved the location to everything, The villa was very clean and decorated beautifully. the villa had everything that you would need. There grounds and the pool were awesome. Much prettier in person and it looks great in pictures also. There was no loud noises or parties allowed, that was awesome

Amazing anniversary trip

This place was perfect for our anniversary trip. We arrived to a bottle of wine and cookies which was wonderful. The condo was clean and very convenient to everything. We only used our car once to go to the beach. The rest of the time we biked to Freshfields or walked to restaurants in the marina. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful location

Great condo on seabrook island, very close to stores and restaurants. Excellent walkin/biking paths and accessible to beautiful private beaches. Adults on lo y as this condo has lots of glass and breakable decoration, but is livable for grownups. Would defonitely stay again!

Friendly Retreat

Clean and nicely furnished condo. Can get a little noisy from people walking in the condo above. If you are looking for a quiet area then this is it. Small complex with shopping nearby. When staying here a visit to see the old Angel Oak Tree is a must!!!

Relaxing amongst the water…

Location location location!!! This condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had everything needed to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal plus the view while cooking was gorgeous.The living room furniture was cozy, colorful and comfortable. The bedroom area was spacious. The management company had detailed notes to explain how the tvs worked. Plus management promptly answered all our questions. An awesome condo!!!

Amazing Viewa

Really enjoyed the place. Only problem was all of the trash receptacles were full when we got there on Saturday and were never emptied. We just had to continue to pile trash in the room where the trash cans were located.

Fishing tournament visit

Awesome Place

Propery was an exceptional location. The property was extremely clean and was extremely well appointed. It was like coming home every day. The location is excellent with beaches, restaurants and stores all within walking distance and sitting right on a great marina. We will definitely go back
