There was no water on the very first day we arrived! After a travel when you get to the hotel, you can’t use any bathrooms restrooms and can’t do any natural calls that is totally unacceptable. We were a group of 17 people with 4 kids and one of them a baby of 1 year old . Older people were there too and not having water for the entire day and didn’t even get an answer when we would get the water !!!!! Upon asking, they gave us a bucket of water which they started asking for the bucket back right away as they probably had only one bucket. Couldn’t believe we were at a Hilton property. No freeze working no ac working and elevator was not working for two days .not a good experience at all

It’s ok overall, it did not meet the Hilton brand. Resort homes are spread out and you have most of the restaurant and activities around the main building. Got to pay a huge premium to stay closer. Dont know why Hilton does not honor its member if booked thru Expedia. Food was average with exception of dinner restaurants. Room, staff are very friendly and attentive. Five star for the staffs. Three star for the stay and Three star for food.

The hotel is nice, what you'd normally expect from a Hilton property outside of the US and Canada. The rooms are clean and kept up with daily housekeeping however the shower water temperature situation was a bit of a problem. There's more cold water than hot and sporadic at times. We had to change rooms to get one with consistent hot water. The frosted glass for the WC and shower stalls doesn't offer much privacy when the lights are on and definitely a negative. The need for privacy from your kids when on the toilet or in the shower is still very important. Overall, the room os nice but the washroom design is a big negative. The ocean-view rooms are a The housekeeping and minibar services were great

When we checked in the staff told me that our room is natural view, I told him that I booked the ocean view. Staff told me that it’s not ocean view and if I want an ocean view I need to talk with Expedia. I told the staff that it is not fair for me to spend another 30 minutes or an hour with Expedia after an all day flight with a 10 months baby, is there anyway to can check to see if there was a mistake; however, staff told me I can’t do that even if you were ally. I really don’t know what ally meant. We stayed two days in there preferred viewed room but on our second day their water was disconnected. We didn’t have water from 9am till 5 pm and finally I had to decide to book another hotel because we couldn’t stay in a place with no water again with 10 months baby. During the check out the staff were extremely rude and I had to fight to get my rental car from them. They say on their website that they have 9 or 14 restaurants but it’s actually 6 of them unless they failed to explain that to us also or gave us a proper tour of their property. Very disappointed.

The Mediterranean Restaurant's food was horrible and the bottom of the sea was full of very sharp sand and also very shallow. Adults pool the same depth as the kids' pool around 4 feet. But the hotel was super clean breakfast and lunch were good and the drinks were low alcohol.

The amenities are great. I like the feel of quietness. Tje room is fantastic. The services are great from every angles. Clean, great services, employees are friendly. I enjoy myself with my grandchildren. The children play area is fantastic, different performances. In overall I love it. I will recommend it to family and friends.

Overall, our stay was great. The hotel & service was excellent. Unfortunately, my husband drank a very small amount of tap water when brushing his teeth and got a BAD G.I. infection which took him out for three days. We were in Mexico celebrating our 30th anniversary and we were unable to go on our planned excursions. May I suggest, you put a small sign near the bathroom tap water that says “do not drink tap water” like they do on all airplanes.
