Host was very responsive. Good for college dudes who don’t need much. The foyer entrance needs TLC. Exposed wood studs, dark, tools hanging up, the steps are uneven, the LR floor feels like rotted wood under carpet. There was also a mouse trap in there (which didn’t give us the warm and fuzzy). No spare TP, paper towels or garbage bags. Demo Garbage on the front porch and some other bags of garbage in the upstairs porch (which is so slanted from the house it feels unsafe to be in). Uneven floors from room to room. Main hallway could use some storage to hold jackets and bags.
