This place is amazing it’s right on Roaring Forks River & the scenery is amazing & also has a jacuzzi right outside the door - we went in the jacuzzi in a snowstorm & it’s was absolutely the best experience - the place is spectacular there are 2 electric fireplaces that also provide heat under the living room & master bedroom TV’s & the kitchen & living room & MB are awesome huge bed & very spacious kitchen & living areas - the best part is the owners they are unbelievably great people that just want you to have a great time & they left me pastry in the morning & also they are involved in the downhills amongst business & are great entrepreneurs & have developed safe inflatable ski gates for downhill competition - I will say this you could not ask for a better place to stay & better hosts I will be going here again & again

I love this place. It is very well done in all aspects. Clean & conveniently located to both Glenwood Springs & Carbondale. Very well appointed with cooking apparatus. I have no suggestions to improve it. Also, due to circumstances beyond my control, I need to modify my stay & was accommodated graciously. Would recommend to all.

A fun, cute place with all the amenities you can ask for. Very convenient to all kinds of outdoor activities in Basalt and Aspen. Lovely to be right on the Roaring Fork River. Easy check-in, and if you are staying longer than we did, you will have a full-size washer and dryer.

The property is beautiful and is located right on the Roaring Fork River. You have access to the bike path to town, right next to the bike path, and is less than a 10 minute ride to the Red Hill trail system for mt biking. Alexandra and Stefan were amazing hosts.

This location was great. Very peaceful. Right next to the river which was really nice to see and hear. It was perfect for my wife and I to stay at. We had a hot tub but we didn't have time to use it. Our host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend. Close to Glenwood Springs and Aspen.

Dwelling had numerous upgrade amenities that made it comfortable and convenient. We utilized the laundry facilities. Sadly, we never got to the hot tub.

Beautiful tranquil secluded property right on roaring fork river. Hosts very helpful and super friendly. Fully stocked kitchen, & lots for extras like laundry and shower items. Walk or bike Rio Grande trl right by the property and easy walk into carbondale for shopping and meals if you choose. Bonus is their sweet friendly dogs that love to play fetch.Very special spot that you won't be disappointed in!!

We liked the personal introduction we got from Alexandra. The location was terrific, tranquil, and relaxing. The sweet dogs were an added bonus! We highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to return our next time in Carbondale.

Gracious host with a well stocked, modernized home in a beautiful secluded setting. Dogs are friendly but not intrusive. Fish from shore, or walk or bike on the well maintained and paved trail.

Magical Location

Stefan and Alexandra were lovely and friendly hosts, their two dogs were absolutely adorable. I felt so safe on their property, and so incredibly comfortable; the bedroom was amazing, with a visual flickering fireplace, king size bed, very comfortable guest mattress if you have an additional person. The location was a rare property right on the river. You can hear the road but it's not a problem,. You can sit by the river near the pine trees, very beautiful!

Cozy and Relaxing Waterfront Hideaway

A very comfortable retreat after long days of adventure. Be sure to save a little energy to play fetch with Sassy. 100% would book this property if back in the area.

Stefan and Alexandra Are amazing Hosts! We chose their place for many reasons, location, private residence, hot tub, not a generic hotel stay!Well it met all our expectations and exceeded them!! We loved staying at their property, it’s a beautiful property right on the River, the unit/house you stay in is separate from their house and private! You get your own hot tub outside to take in the stars at night! The accommodations were perfect, beautifully decorated, very clean, fully stocked kitchen laundry and bathroom! Everything you need to live like you at home!!! Thank You guys!!Anyone wanting to stay in this area will not be disappointed!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—super convenient for exploring Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and Aspen. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some—loved that it was stocked with all the essentials like coffee, tea, paper towels, and even sweeteners. The king bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Really appreciated the AC as it was unseasonably hot while we were there.If you’re into biking, this place is ideal—it’s right next to the Rails to Trails path. Plus, it’s peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, with relaxing chairs by the river. We spent a lot of time just unwinding outside, birdwatching and enjoying playing with the hosts dogs, Spanky and Sassy.Also, shoutout to the blazing fast internet and big-screen TVs—streaming was seamless. The appliances were top notch. The fridge is huge, the Keurig and air fryer were nice touches, and having a dishwasher, washer, and dryer made cleanup a breeze.The hosts were super friendly and thoughtful—really made us feel welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We absolutely loved this property. We felt like we were out in the wild of Colorado, while still being very close to Carbondale. The property is beautiful with the River on one side and ponds on the other side. I loved sitting by the river having my coffee in the morning. Our hosts, Alexandra and Stefan, were amazing and were there if we needed anything. The place was stocked with everything you would need. It felt so homey and was very clean. Definitely will be back!!!

Great place right on the river.

Neat property right on a river bend. Walk into the town of Carbondale and walk up to great hiking red rock/ Mushroom Rock trail. Sights of Sopras Mountain out onside and Mushroom Rock the other way.

Stay on the Roaring Fork River in Colorado

The unit is beautifully decorated in different shades of blue. It is situated on the Roaring Fork River and is peaceful and private.Stefan and Alexandra are great hosts and respond immediately to any request.It is close to world class skiing in Aspen, gold medal trout fishing right out the door, and the Rio Grande Trail that runs from Glenwood Springs to Aspen is just up the hill.
