Needs a little TLC
Honest review of good and bad:The good: It comes fully stocked with beer, wine, soda and snacks. The pool is small but was heated and clean. It comes fully furnished with soap, shampoo, towels. The house has been remodeled inside and is decorated nicely. It was also very clean inside. The not so good: The boat pictured in the ad is not the boat that comes with the house. It is a 23ft pontoon with 150hp as advertised but it’s a much older model that is well worn with moldy sun beaten seats. We used it and it ran fine but during our stay it popped a maintenance error on the dash. We messaged the boat manager asking if it’s still ok to use but we got no response. It was a bit unnerving to take an old boat like this out on the water with an error message on the screen. The other photos of the house are from some time ago as everything outdoor is well worn compared to what the photos show. The green chairs around the pool are covered in mold, nobody wanted to sit in them. The padded chairs on the deck outside are shredded to pieces from sun damage. Nobody wanted to sit in those for fear of falling through. The boat dock is made of old wood boards with several nails sticking up. One of our kids cut his foot on a nail. One of our other kids cut his foot on a broken pool deck tile. The house next door is also a a rental and is setup as a party house. We saw 3 different parties there during our week and they partied loud late into the night.Update the photos or the house.
