The property is more than you could imagine. Not only was the pool and spa bigger than expected the patio area was very spacious as well. The inside of the house as all the amenities one could ever want or need especially in the kitchen. The Host was also extremely nice and very personable, willing to answer any questions and be available if you need anything. It was really an incredible experience and cant wait to come back.

Melanie was a wonderful host. She communicated with us multiple times before and during our stay to make sure everything was good. The house was beautiful and well supplied. The heated pool was a blessing since the weather was chilly the week we were there. The beds were comfortable and the streaming service on the huge TV very was convenient. With friends in the area my family and I will definitely be back.

Exactly as promised !

The house is the perfect size for 2 to 6 people. The kitchen is in the middle of the house, and was well stocked with basic necessities and dinnerware. The bedrooms were a nice size, with comfortable beds. The beautiful pool and patio area is where we spent most of our time. The bikes and kayaks were fun activities to add. The house is located close to common amenities (Publix, WinnDixie) and public beaches and golf courses. The host was fantastic to deal with, no matter the questions we had.

Nice Cape Coral

The hot tub and pool are great and the kitchen is well stocked. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and Melanie had the home decorated, which was very nice! The location is approximately 40 minutes from the Fort Meyers beaches.
