This home was amazing for our 4week stay, March 2026. Amanda was terrific to communicate with; she was quick to respond to questions and offered additional items for use and a mid-stay patio cleaning. (It had rained with very high winds for a couple of days.) The home is just as pictured on the web. Comfy beds! Access to lots of amenities not usually found in rental homes, such as paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, TP, a variety of spices. The home also provides lots of beach items so that one can enjoy a comfy chair, an umbrella or 10 x 10 pop up tent, etc. (There is no shade at the beach, so if planning to stay more than a couple hours, shade is needed!). There is plenty of storage in the home for clothes, etc., including plenty of hangers! We loved the ‘game room’ on the third floor and all the board games provided. Plenty of items to cook with, including a variety of spices. The kitchen is very well laid out with new appliances. The outdoor propane grill is solid. The bathrooms have all been updated and are beautiful and very functional. We enjoyed both the hot tub-spa and the gas fire pit on many evenings-awesome!We saw many rocket launches of the SpaceX program-very cool. We downloaded the NSF app so we could see when launches were scheduled and if they were delayed. We were there for the Artemis II launch on April 1st-just unbelievable to walk down to the beach and watch it take off for the moon! This is a quiet neighborhood; a10-stars review!

Hot tub spa was so relaxing after a day at the beach
Our dog became very comfortable in the home and we visited the dog beach at Canova Park a few times.

Perfect Oasis in Cape Canaveral

Our month-long stay in Cape Canaveral was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I, along with two other adults and three children who joined us for a week, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach where we had the incredible opportunity to watch several rocket launches.Communication with Amanda, the owner, was excellent throughout our stay. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The home itself was lovely, with exceptionally comfortable beds and furniture that made us feel right at home.However, the highlight for us was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The hot tub, gas grill and gas fire pit were perfect for relaxing evenings, and the privacy of the backyard made it feel like our own little oasis.Overall, our time in Cape Canaveral exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in this beautiful area.

Comfortable

The house was as described in the ad. It was a very comfortable and homey place to stay for a few days. It's location and area worked out well for our purpose. A quick walk to the beach and a short drive to Port Canaveral. We were very fortunate to see a couple of rocket launches while there. Amanda was very accommodating when we had issues with the coffee maker. She was quick to respond to questions we had prior to booking. We would stay here again.

KSC Visit and Launch

We had a great time staying at this Vrbo. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was very central to several great places in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We only had to walkd two minutes to see the Falcon 9 launch into space with a crew.

Family Wedding

This property was a great home away from home. We are a military family with adult children that were in town for a wedding. This place was perfect and had plenty of room for our family. We drove in from different states and had plenty of parking between the driveway and the street parking by the beach. The owner was very friendly and promptly answered all questions we had. Excellent and affordable property!

We enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect! Close to the Kennedy Space Center, the beach and other activities. We watched a launch from the 3rd floor deck! Our host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation 2025

Amanda was great to interact with; the property was a wonderful short walk to the beach with our own access point! The beach wagon was missing from the home, but we had enough people that we were able to get it all with no issues! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beach House

This beach house was perfect for our group. We had 3 adults and a 4 year old. The house is beautiful and put together very well. There are also tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach included which was great. The beach outside of the house is beautiful and quiet, we loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Relaxing vacation by the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as promised and there was plenty of room for all. We walked to the beach every day and even got to watch a satellite launch while there from the 3rd floor balcony. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which were very useful. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and of course surf shops, a short drive away. Highly recommend staying there.

Great location with the perfect amount of space for families!

My family and I visited the area from Georgia to celebrate mine and my husband’s 10th wedding anniversary. We brought two teenagers along, and it was the perfect space for my family of 4. The property is well-maintained and was clean. It’s also well-stocked with essentials in comparison to other properties. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, trash bags, cookware, utensils, and some pantry items. There were also plenty of towels. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was extremely prompt. I couldn’t have blindly chosen a better location. We have a very picky eater with a shellfish allergy, and many of his go-to’s were easily accessible. A local seafood restaurant also cooked his food separately, which I rarely find restaurants offer to do. We spent a day at the beach, checked out the pier, and visited the pool at the Riverfront just a few minutes from the property. My husband and I tried to visit Cocoa Village on the night of our anniversary but found most of the shops to be closed. 2 minutes before showtime on the night of our anniversary, we were leaving that area and stumbled upon Blind Lion for 3 hours of jazz. We had the absolute best time! The only thing I could warn about was not being able to locate an iron. I wasn’t in need enough to reach out to the host, so I can’t say for sure that there wasn’t one there, but the dryer worked fine for wrinkles. I plan to return with my family and highly recommend this stay! :)

Beach and space fun!

This property was exactly as listed. The host was very friendly and prompt with responses to our questions. It is a fantastic location with quick access to the beach w/ toys and chairs at the house. We were fortunate enough to be there during a rocket launch. The neighbors told us the direction to watch and we were able to see it from the driveway! Very clean and well maintained property.

March Break Getaway

The house was great and you can't beat the location! The beds were comfortable (we didn't try the pull out couch), the decor is very tasteful, and it was great having so many bathrooms and a washer and dryer. When we noticed a few small maintenance issues the property manager responded quickly. We would love to stay again!

Highly recommend for a great beach spot!

This house was perfect for the 5 of us (kids aged 17, 14, 9). Our oldest loved having the top floor and her own bathroom! The first floor layout is perfect for cooking, playing games or eating at the big kitchen table and chilling by the tv. Best of all is the location though. It’s such an easy walk to the beach (the beach wagon provided is fantastic for hauling gear!) and the beach was clean and uncrowded. The owner was super responsive too. We recommend this place for any family looking for a beach getaway!

Girlfriend Reunion

This property was perfect for myself and four girlfriends. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was a highlight to the girls that came from a cold climate! We even got to watch a shuttle launch from the rooftop deck.
