"Great location. Modern, clean, lovely lobby, excellent lifts. Only thing would be the rooms (if not city view as I can’t comment on those) are VERY small and dark, lovely decor, modern, clean, comfy bed, but small. Didn’t matter to use we were home when it was dark and we were out most of the time but just to be prepared!"

"This boutique hotel has a lot of cute trinkets, unique paintings, and thoughtful design touches that gave it a lot of character. It definitely has a warm, artistic vibe that stands out from typical chain hotels. My room was located on the 4th floor, but be aware that the elevator only goes up to the 3rd. I had to carry my luggage up another floor from stairs, which can be a bit of a hassle if you have large suitcases. I’d recommend requesting a room on a lower floor if mobility or luggage is your concern. The location is great, very convenient for sightseeing. It’s close to the Tube and C2C train station, with a bus stop just around the corner. I also felt safe walking around the area even in the evening, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I was not happy about was the weak Wi-Fi signal in my room. It made staying connected a bit frustrating, especially when trying to plan activities or check travel details. Overall, it’s a lovely, cozy place with lots of personality, just make sure you pack light or plan accordingly if you're not on one of the lower floors. "
