Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again!

Ok but needs a bit of tlc.

Overall the stay could have been better. The room wasn’t very clean with hair in the bathroom, dust in the room and dirt on the carpet. The room its self could do with a bit of updating its looking a bit tired. The bed was also a bit hard. The location was good though. Easy reach to the tube
