Absolutely fabulous! One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had! The cabin was beautifully decorated and so well maintained. It was so well stocked, we always had what we needed! We loved watching the deer come by mornings and evenings! And the Mountain View’s were spectacular! Will recommend Cabin by the Creek to our family and friends!

A beautiful house & location! The house was very well stocked with supplies. I greatly appreciated this after coming from a Florida VRBO that had absolutely nothing stocked. It was close enough for the attractions in the area. We saw deer, snakes, chipmunks and woodpeckers.

Quick Get-away Trip

My hubby and I along with our grown son and his gf, stayed at the cabin for a few days and it was awesome! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Sitting outside there listening to the creek while looking at the mountains is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done. It was a fabulous experience and we all highly recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a great place to stay!Pros: Very cleanWell-stockedBeautiful cabinGreat locationGorgeous viewsPeaceful rushing creek nearby

Creekside cabin

Lovely, peaceful cabin right on the creek. The kids enjoyed wading in the creek. Location is perfect. Town is beautiful and the drive in movie was a special unexpected treat for the adults and a fun new experience for the kids.

Out-of-Order...

Time for the owner to put some money back into the property by making some repairs. The sliding door, screen and vertical blinds were all non-functional. Steps at entrance need repairs. The tub in the main bedroom bath is "out-of-order." Overall quite clean, however we did find trash and things behind the dressers and nightstands. Know that "creekside" is actually down quite a long steep hill and you really can't hear the water flowing. The night sky is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked. We are well traveled and it seemed a bit overpriced to us. Happy travels to everyone!

A Perfect Bachelorette Party!

We came here to celebrate our friend, hike, soak in the hot springs, and eat good food. This cabin was perfect for that, it was clean, comfortable, and so well stocked (every detail was thought of). The creekside spot was so peaceful and we had plenty of space to spread out. We love the creekside!

A little bit of Heaven

The property is very nice. Located in a great area of Colorado to visit many other sights without having to drive so much. The cabin was so nice and comfortable. Loved the surroundings. We will def stay again.

Family time

Something for everyone. Had various ages and interests. Very comfortable and organized. Needs access to lower patio with table and chairs from house. Area not used by us. Sliding doors to it but no access to door. Had to go down steep steps to reach area,very inconvenient ,not able to be enjoyed by older family members. Nice place though, would rent again.

Wonderful!

This creekside cabin is the perfect place to enjoy time in Buena Vista. The cabin is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The views from every window are amazing! We loved sitting on the porch in the morning to drink coffee and watch the sunrise and light up Mt. Princeton. The location is perfect. We can't wait to return!
