The property was comfortable and is very good for a family group to spread out and relax. The above ground pool was large and there were several floats available. We did have a strange misunderstanding with the host. She showed up unexpectedly inside the house without knocking while we were there. Seemed surprised that we were there, even though our car was in the drive. She did apologize and leave after a few minutes but the timing was very awkward for us. The location is good and close to the bridge to the island. I would recommend this property.

We will back!!! Great location! Loved every single second we were there. We ran into a family who lives in the sametown,in Indiana, where we are from walking the cute neighborhood. Small world. We work for the same school system!!! The wildlife was incredible. We had a Blue Heron pair in the front or back yard everyday. We kept the bird feeders filled everyday for the birds….. so many beautiful parrots and other birds. We have a vacation rental in Indiana and have high standards. We were very happy with this beautiful home and all its amenities.

Temps were a little cool so the heated pool in the backyard was nice, we had a couple of things that we needed once we arrived and checked things out but they had someone there the next day! Would stay here again convenient location to run across the bridge and go to the beach and watch the sunsets!!!

Perfect location!

This is a great, family friendly and pet friendly property. All that’s needed is your clothes. House is well stocked on inside. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided. There is plenty of space for everyone. We will be back!

It was a great location. The house was wonderful, big space for our family of 8. Only issues was the wayer pressure was little to none and the bed room celling fans remots would control them all insted of just the one you were trying to work. Over all we had a great stay in this house, would recommend.

Beautifully decorated.

Beautiful property. Loved the parrots. Good shape considering the hurricane. Good communication with owner. Pool was not warm enough most days to swim but it was chilly out. They tried. Some plumbing issues with sink and water pressure. All in all we enjoyed stay.

House was good and spacious, as a suggestion, should be an outside shower before using the pool, the driving distance to the beach is short, and if you're lucky the manatee will be swimming next to you

Hurricane Debby

Hurricane Debby came in and the streets were flooded. We were having a wedding on Monday morning. We were suppose to stay in the house on Sunday night, but were afraid we would get trapped, and some of our party couldn't go through the water that was already there. I texted and ask if we could get any credit since we were not going to use it but one night, and the county was warning to stay off streets. The person said that was just too bad. Should there have been any credit for that?

Perfect vacation home!
