Winter vacation

If we had better weather we would have enjoyed the pool and quiet backyard retreat Overall was a great place to stay. Great location Funny thing the place we stayed at last year was right behind us but this place was sooo much better!

Clean! Fabulous stay!

We had an awesome time on our trip, the house was CLEAN and even better than the pictures. The couches were different than the pics, way better, beautiful beachy green and brand new looking. LOVED the private pool, just the right size for two adults and two kids. The washer/dryer was soo nice, brand new looking as well. Loved the location, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a family of 4.

BayBerry Cottage

Excellent location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spots around beds, that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. House was as advertised. Very nice for 2 couples and a small baby as we had. Pool was nice, although it needed some cleaning too. Overall, a very nice stay.

Perfect location

Spent 4 nights here with our toddlers. Wonderful location, 60 second walk to the beach. Was also nice that there was a playground 2 blocks away. Pool was lovely after the beach and beds were comfortable. My only suggestion is the couch and couch pillows are a bit warm out. Might because they permit pets.

Tiny paradise

I can't say enough good things about this little place. It was the perfect size for myself and three kids (two adult, one ten year old). We loved the private heated pool/oasis outback. It had everything we needed. Just a quick two minute walk and we were on the beach. Great location, nice and quite. Also, just a quick drive to Bridge Street or the Publix if we needed anything. This was our first time to AMI and it did not disappoint! The property manager was quick to respond with the one little matter that needed attention. We 💯 recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Amazing and so relaxing

Very cozy and inviting. We were so close to the beach, but what we loved most was the pool and privacy of our own space. Oh and what a fun and pleasant surprise it was the 4th of July parade with all the water guns. Lol we are coming back next year prepared for battle. We had such a great time, thank you so much. Sun and Fun

Property was very nice and well appointed. Did not use grill on patio due to propane tank being left on and grill being very dirty. This did not affect our overall stay. Just needs to be put on a checklist as that could have been a very dangerous situation.

Perfect getaway, had everything

This unique property was perfect for the two of us. It was immaculately clean. It was generously stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, towels, beach towels, cooler, floaties, beach chairs, etc. We enjoyed floating in the 4 foot pool. We enjoyed the location, which is right across from the beautiful beach. Walking distance to Salt restaurant. We enjoyed the keyless entry. The property management was very responsive and very accomodating. This is our 3rd trip to AMI and our favorite rental.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is well maintained and very close to the beach and restaurants. Park your car rent a golf cart and enjoy your AMI vacation. Many things to do if you want your furry friend to tag along.

Cozy beach cottage!

Love this property! Cute cottage, clean, everything you could ask for is provided. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful heated pool. Literally 3 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. Tons of beach chairs, cooler, and even a beach wagon to transport everything at the house. The beach was not crowded, was beautiful, had the best sunsets we’ve ever seen, tons of shells, and some great fishing from the shore. My college aged son caught several bonnet head sharks right from the shoreline. Communication was great throughout, our two small schnauzers were welcomed in the cottage, and we had the best time! I highly recommend this property and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I found this VRBO’s last minute. Loved that it had its own pool. It was cute and simple. Good size for my Mom, daughter and I. Close to everything. We spent time on all the islands which we loved. Jen the property manager was great! My only complaint is that the pool was at 71 the entire time, so we were never able to swim. The people in the other half of the duplex said theirs was at 90. We would totally come back to these islands.

Very clean cottage. Amenities are good. The pool is just wonderful! We really loved staying here. A very short walk to beach which we appreciated with our baby. We would love to come back!! Cute cottage with a pool close to the beach!

My family and I stayed at the bayberry cottage and had a wonderful stay! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool and grill are a great addition, and the overall location is wonderful. The host was very responsive as well! Would stay again

Property was exactly as listed. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. Property management responded to my questions fast and were very nice. Having your own private pool is perfect. Across the street to the beach and restaurants within walking distance.

Our own tropical oasis

We loved our stay at the Bayberry Cottage! It was exactly what we were looking for: clean, a very short walk to the beach, and with our own little oasis in the back yard! The cottage is a duplex, but each side has its own little heated pool (about 10’ x 18’) in a fenced yard for privacy with tropical palms and bamboo. It was so relaxing! The owners were extremely quick to respond to any communication and very friendly. The cottage is at street level, so no stairs. Decor was beach themed and nicely done. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
