Perfect Location!

Great little beach cottage one block from the beach! Perfect for my husband and I and was well-appointed with everything we needed. Loved the very private backyard. A good number of restaurants and shops are open again after the hurricane so we were able to experience them. The property management company was informative and responsive. Thank You!

Great!

Excellent property with everything we needed. Also the communication with the management team was great. I would have loved if VRBO somewhere stated that I was already paying for an incidental damage insurance during the booking phase. I ended up paying for it twice.

Cottage

Overall good location. Place was “Dirty” specifically the floor. Also the write up says beach cart and chairs non to be found and it cost us over $100/per day to rent. Was not aware of early entry as other comments stated and we had to drive around for several hours waiting for 4pm check in.. better communication needed. Will look elsewhere next time. Very highly priced for what we got in comparison to house rental in Marco Island.

Great Spring Break

We came to the area for the first time for a short spring break trip. This property was awesome. It had everything we needed down to a cooler to take to the beach . The location was wonderful and the beach was a very short walk. The property was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard and pool area. Nearly Salt Bar and Table was fabulous.

Winter break, 2024

The property was exactly as advertised. We were really pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. It was spotless. Quick walk to the beach, with an access point just a 2-3 minute walk from the property. Everything worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, pool was great (and heated). Quick drive/trolley ride to everything and grocery store less than a mile away. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Adorable Cottage, Great Location

This cottage was a perfect getaway spot for myself and my daughter over the holiday weekend. It is within a couple blocks from the beach. It offered a good supply of beach chairs, wagons and towels. It was very cool and windy on the beach during our stay, so having the secluded back patio to enjoy the outdoors and sunshine came in handy. Overall, it was a clean, well-decorated, lovely cottage.

Great stay…close to everything

Awesome location. One block from beach. Super easy to walk back and forth. Great having the pool in the back too. Owner checked in with us to ensure we were having an awesome time. One thing that was super cool…owners have beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella for you to use. I would def stay here again.

Hello, took my kids here for a five day stay. Enjoyed the property & location. The only negative I can think of is the pool & debris in the backyard was never picked up from when we arrived.. Great central location, & close to the beach!

We will be back

This was a much needed beach vacation for my wife and me, no kids or grandkids. The property was Just as described. Super clean, about a half a block to the beach, quiet, private, everything you would need, plenty of towels, only negative was that the ice maker wasn’t working, but there is a Circle K less than a block away, so just go buy a bag of ice! Close to everything. We drove to Publix and various restaurants, but many would be walkable. We both agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Great Place to Stay!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage in Bradenton Beach. The home was immaculate, and the pool area was private, relaxing, and heated. The cottage was near the beach and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed fixing breakfast each morning with the kitchen well supplied for cooking. We hope to return again and appreciate the manager's attention to detail.

Summer staycation

Stayed in This property with my wife, sons and their girlfriends. Enjoyed it tremendously. Very close to the beach, beautiful house, property managers were wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again in the near future!!

Lovely little cottage

This lovely cottage is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to everything. The beach was a short 2 min walk around the corner. My daughter and I loved her stay here and hope to come back again next year.
