We had a great stay. We loved the remote location and there were nice hiking trails close by as well as fun wineries less than 15 min away. The kitchen wax well labeled with everything we might need and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The house could really use a thorough cleaning though,

The pool was clean however it’s the end of October and it is not heated and it would be a considerable fee to heat the pool. The chase lounge cushions definitely need replacement. The playroom with the ping-pong table and pool table and card table was great! The rooms were much much smaller than they looked online.

The house was perfect. The pool area needed a little work - lacking a few umbrellas. The extra fridge did not work - but all in all it was nice house and pool. Loved the extra room with the pool table/bar and ping pong. Nice and quiet area of Temecula.

1. The property is rundown. The outside area needs upkeep. The pool is not the cleanest. The breakers kept going off which meant we had to go to the breaker box and reset. However, at one point we had no water and the handyman had to come over and repair the breaker to obtain water. We lost power to go outside the property so the handyman had to come over and fix. We couldn't use our vehicles to an event we were attending. Had to use Uber/Lyft at our expense.

The property was beautiful and just as described. Close to the wedding location so it made our transportation easy. Check-in and check out were very user friendly and great communication! The game Room was a hit too! A great place to stay for weddings at Pymm Ranch. The backyard at night is beautifully lit and very inviting! I would definitely book this property again.

Our stay was great! Visiting for a nearby wedding at local winery. The home was an amazing place to stay with more enough room for everyone to have their own space but able to host together! Can’t wait to spend another stay at this location!

Great space but...

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the lack or supplies in the laundry area, the lack of cleanliness outside the pool area, and the lack of attention to details. The major parts of the home and amenities were excellent as well as location.

The house was perfect for the blended group we had. The kitchen was huge and easily allowed for several cooks at one time. Love the pool, we never left! The outdoor fridge was not working but nothing a cooler bag from town didn't fix. one the best trips we still talk about.

Refrigerator did not work the entire time at property, Horrible host!

Upon arrival on Friday at 2 the host, Ben, informed us that the Refrigerator inside the kitchen was not working at all. Ben informed us that he had a working one in the garage. Not ideal but for us but we were prepared to work it out. We called Ben Friday night at 8pm to inform him that the backup fridge was not getting cold. Ben became agitated and stated "if you don't like it just leave", well that was not an option for us we had guests arriving and had been planning this since June. Saturday comes and we communicate the same thing to him and he has his handyman bring a chest freezer. This freezer worked after about 8 hours it would keep the ice from melting. This did not solve not having a working fridge. We communicated with him again on Sunday morning and the handyman came buy and confirmed that we had a warm fridge. Then around noon the handyman brought a used fridge from "another property" and it was cold already because it had been plugged in. This fridge was cold and we helped the handyman unload it and plug it in. We loaded our food into the fridge and let it sit to get cold. It never got cold enough to be more than a storage cabinet for food that was not safe to eat. When we left Monday morning the second fridge was not cold and we threw all the food away. Ben is not a good host. We called VRBO and they are reviewing the situation for a potential refund. We left the property in better condition than we found it.

Pre-Wedding Getaway

Our wedding party recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Temecula Wine Country, and it was an amazing experience! The home is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax. The two master suites were perfect, and the additional bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed. We especially loved the game room with its pool table, ping pong, and other activities—perfect for some fun downtime.The outdoor space is stunning, with gorgeous views of the surrounding vineyards. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, and dining al fresco under the gazebo. The BBQ area and fire pit were fantastic for evening gatherings. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the property had a very peaceful atmosphere.The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also great, just a short drive to some of the best wineries in the region. There were two issues though that were minor. First, the master bathroom had a leak that would not stop, and it continued over both nights. The second issue were the ants. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Temecula. Can’t wait to come back!

Temecula Family Time

It was my first time booking with Vrbo. All went very well. Ben, our host, was very helpful in answering my questions both before and during our stay. The property was as advertised and perfect for our family of 10. The house was clean and comfortable, even though it was very hot outside. The location was convenient for side trips and an oasis to come home to. Thankyou for sharing your home, Ben.

Nice, private, fun stay

Our group stayed here in December and loved our time. We especially enjoyed the game room in the garage and the beautiful back yard. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the home was lovely. There is no cell service at all, but they have wifi so we could use WhatsApp to communicate. We would definitely come back in the future, perhaps during the warmer months so we could use the pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our time at Ben's place.

The property is huge and had plenty of space for us 11 ladies. We loved the pool, spa, kitchen and all the bathrooms. A few minor issues but nothing that we had to call Ben about.

Nice home overall

Nice home. Check in was complicated by zero Verizon cell phone service so be aware. Other carriers were better. Property is very far from shopping. Not an issue for us at all, door dash and instacart worked fine.! Plenty of space for the family to spread out and be. A bit worn, but still very nice. The water slide is not available for guest use, but pool is lovely. The firepit area is great but we couldn't use the TV because there was no remote to be found. We lost water for a bit one day, but the owner was very responsive and a repair person came quickly. I forgot to inform Ben I travel with a service dog. He was quite upset. I did end up paying extra because of a small pet stain, even though the carpet had large stains from previous use. Overall a very nice stay with a few issues. Still very enjoyable.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful property and fun for everyone. There is something for everyone to do here. Whether you want to relax in the pool, sit by the fire at night or play games in the rec room, this house has it all! We were here for a wedding at one of the local wineries and they are just a short drive away. The views are spectacular and the pictures of the property of the outside don’t do it justice. The landscape is beautiful.

Overall Great Property

This was a really good vacation. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. They had everything we needed but only 3 pool towels. However, there were plenty of other towels in the bathrooms that we used. We just had to wash the towels a few times. The pool was clean but seemed a bit cloudy there might have been another large group staying before us. The pool cleaners did come but it was on our last day. It would have been nice to have another fridge in the garage and the ice maker in the kitchen leaked and didn't work. The garage/game room was awesome. My only suggestion was that there was a bucket of ping pong ball and only 1-2 weren't cracked and the pool cue tips were all warn completely down and needed to be replaced. Still overall it was a great property, and we would definitely stay again.
