Room enough for family of 10 but a few items not working.

We enjoyed our stay AMA House with our adult children and 2 grandchildren. The pool was heated and the perfect temperature and also the safety fence was installed per our request. Everything was great except the oven didn't work, the dryer venting was blocked and the hot water heater kept turning off. We contacted management and a repairman was sent the next day. He was able to fix all the items but we were frustrated that we had quite a few cold showers and unable to successfully cook some food. We also felt we needed to stay at the house waiting for the services to be repaired since our possessions were in the home. For the price of the rental I would have hoped management would have done a better job knowing the status of these items. Even though we had those items needing repair we did enjoy the house and outside area. It is a great home for a large group and now the oven, dryer and hot water heater work!

Great family gathering spot

AMA house was a great spot for our family reunion of 3 families with littles and the grandparents. Kitchen and dining space were as pictured and great for entertaining, even a full grill outside too. Back yard and pool were nice as well. Host had a pool gate seemlessly installed for our stay which was great for littles as well as a few . Host was easy to communicate with with any of our concerns and would certainly stay again.

Stay at Ama

Myself and 6 friends stayed at AMA hours from Feb 27th until March 6th,for a golf getaway.From the start our host was more then helpful on any questions.We asked for a early arrival and for noon and was granted,which was nice.Our host told me it could comfortably sleep 10,that was true if Family’s couples,and kids but not 7 or 8 guys playing golf,but we made it work.Very clean ,nice pool,very warm,great kitchen lots of dishes etc,only thing was dishwasher didn't dry ,soaken wet ,bothered some people in our group.All in all house was very roomy and comfortable.One thing is that there is a daycare/school directly behind house,didn’t bother us ,but if you want complete quietness and hangin by pool all day this house isn’t for you.All in all We would give this place 8/10,and would return.

Family time

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 yr old , 3 year old and infant. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay plus so much more. The house was very clean. The owner responded quickly to our texts. He put up a fence around the pool for us. We would definitely rent again

Excellent Stay

This is a great property. Would stay again. It was spotlessly clean. Emanuele responds to any messages within minutes, including when we locked ourselves out! Although there were just two of us (in a big house), it's a great family vacation home. Smart TVs in every room, great WIFI. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Loved the steam room with the shower in master bathroom. Good location in Boca. You can drive to the mall in about 10 mins and to all the shops in and restaurants in Mizner. Ditto, lots of supermarkets close by. Not much to fault. Yes, there is an infant school behind the house but you hardly hear the kids, except briefly in the morning when they are playing. Minor point - bit frustrating not having a garage opener remote (previous guests have lost them apparently) so you have to get out car (sometimes in Florida storm) to press a keypad and then park. One issue is the party of iguanas (huge) that come each morning to eat the mangos that fall. They poop everywhere by the pool. They seem harmless and we just kept swimming while they came and went! it's Florida and we've seen them elsewhere. The pool area gets some debris from falling foliage. None of this would stop us coming back. The house has a lovely aura, is comfortable and the host made it a seamless experience.

Christmas Vacation 2023

The property manager was very responsive to our needs. The house has a great layout for a large family. The pictures are spot on for what the house looks like. The home was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again!

The pictures explain it all. Very well setup and comfortable living for my family. I use VRBO a lot and this is a top tier rental. Well Done. Communication was also top notch as well as neat and clean. We will stay here again.
