We were there visiting friends and enjoyed our stay. The stairs to the entry were a bit of a challenge. We were there for just two nights so we didn’t have to pack too many things down to the unit. We had beautiful weather and Birch Bay is a beautiful place.

Wonderful place to stay!

This ‘beach vibe’ studio was perfect for our family. Clean and so cute!! Our Thanksgiving weekend was quiet. Enjoyed beach combing, Semihamoo, and a trip to White Rock.

A perfect cozy little getaway!

This is a great little studio for getting away from the cities and relaxing in a lovely little area. The owners are super comnunicative and we're very flexible tweaking things for us. The hot tub is FANTASTIC, with great space and powerful jets. Finally, they were lovely about letting our car stay with us. Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay and Friendly Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Birch Bay. There were so many lovely small touches that made us feel welcome. The location is close to the beach and has a wonderful view in a quiet community. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Convenient location

I didn’t realize this was the private downstairs area of a residence. The rental was down quite a few stairs. It was nice to be in Birch Bay for a wedding.

Great little retreat close to the ocean

This place has everything you need or want. Kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space to move around inside, and a relaxing outdoor space with a dining table, hot tub and a fire pit. Host is very nice, easy to communicate with and proactive if anything goes wrong. We will be back!

Great getaway in Birch Bay

My wife and I and another couple had a wonderful time at Kelly's Cozy Seaside Studio. The place was very clean (including the hot tub), and equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The check-in process was easy and Kelly's communication was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Quiet and serene

Well stocked, comfy and spacious this lower level of a house is close to many Birch Bay amenities and the beach. Comfortable beds and a wonderful hot tub added to a great stay.

The studio apartment was well equipped with nearly everything we needed. What we enjoyed the most was sitting outside by the gas fire pit in the morning as we drank our coffee, again at night with a glass of wine as we watched the sunset.

Family stay at Birch Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly's. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the Tesla charging was a very welcome plus. It was very hot out but we stayed cool and comfy in the suite, we will definitely be back!

Cute and charming

The place was just as pictured inside, with so many extras like sundries and first aid kit. The hot tub and fire pit overlook ocean and estuary and was a welcome way to unwind after a day shopping. The beach is a quick 2 min drive or about 10 min walk. The host was quick to respond and receptive to suggestions. The only reason one star was taken from accuracy of listing was because the property is down three levels and has quite a few stairs, so my only suggestion was to take a photo of stairs, so people who may have mobility issues would not be surprised. I would recommend a stay here.

Relaxing Weekend Away!

We live within 2 hours of Birch Bay and chose this cute little studio for a weekend break. Close to the beach and downtown, with more amenities than we could have imagined. Clean and beautiful, with the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! We truly enjoyed our down time in Birch Bay!

This was by far the best experience with a rental that we have had! Everything we could possibly need was provided by the host! The rental was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There was extra towels, beds, tons of pillows and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in ages! It was so invigorating to use the hot tub located right outside the unit. We will definitely be back!

Honeymoon getaway

We loved this property from viewing on VRBO to check in. Music was playing when we came in along with a bottle of wine and glasses. It was cozy, and comfortable and truly the relaxation we needed after our wedding and all the planning. Thank you for making our stay perfect! Only issue we had was finding the door to unlock, however it was 11pm and we were exhausted so it was probably us!
