Situated a mere 250 foot walk from Cottonwood public beach this property boasts a 180 degree view of the water. The entire home is yours to enjoy including deck, patio, BBQ, fire pit and more. The home is tastefully decorated with modern decor keeping in touch with the beach vibe. Three level home offers a comfortable way to sleep 10 people. The entry and middle level of the home has a spacious kitchen with all you need to prepare a light snack of full meal. The dinning table is great for meals or playing some of the games that are at the property but remember to bring your own favorite ones. The living area has a nice comfy sofa that makes out to a double bed. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The larger bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs in the lower level you will find a great area for getting together complete with pool table and comfy sofa that makes out into a double bed. There is also another bedroom with a Queen size bed. The lower level and the mid entry level all have great decks or patios for you to enjoy cooking on the BBQ, a fire ion the fire pit or blessing your eyes on one of Birch Bays awesome sunsets. The is lots of public beach so be sure not to trespass where you see Private Beach. The tide flats are perfect for harvesting clams, crabbing and having fun in the tide pools. Tide flats are for all to enjoy and not private. Complimentary WIFI is available during your stay. This property is no smoking and no pets.
