Great Location

The Dome Home was within an hour's drive of everything we planned to do. The house was clean, and the owners were great about small things we needed, like finding extra sheets or checking in when the power was out. The house had everything we needed to cook small meals, and the hot tub was great for winding down. I would stay here again.

Cozy Dome

This was such a nice place. Very peaceful and secluded but also not far from adventures. It was stocked with more than enough of the main essentials (toilet paper, kleenex, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash!). The hosts have truly thought of everything to make traveling here a breeze no matter who is in your group - kids, babies, dogs! I didnt bring my kids but they would have had a blast in this Unique home! Hosts were great at communicating and made themselves reachable. Thank you for sharing your Dome!

Great getaway!

We enjoyed becoming part of the Domie community. A lovely space out of the way from the hustle and bustle, but cute towns with restaurants and shops geared toward tourists and locals certainly nearby. Definitely heed the owner's notice to come in a 4x4 for the unpaved roads and snow. We did and had no problems, as roads are quickly plowed. We got 14 inches of snow the last night, which made hot tub soaking absolute heaven. The Dome has plenty of amenities, charm, and character. Alex was incredibly responsive and kind during the stay. Would love a return visit in the summer/fall months for some of the great hikes in the area.

The best VRBO experience we've ever had!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away for a long weekend, and couldn't have been happier with this space! The dome is extremely unique, very well appointed and cared for and very much felt like home. Everything was very clean and even better than the descriptions, and the location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountains. We even had a moose stop by to say "hi" while we were in the hot tub! This was an incredible experience and we will absolutely be back in the future.

Wonderful Mountain get away

I enjoyed the Dome Home very much- it was full of charm! I love having a fireplace and hot tub when I am in the mountains and skiing all day. This house was also in a neighborhood where I could walk my dog without much traffic. The host was very available and nice! Access to Eldora skiing was just as described- easy!

The BEST Dome Home

I can't say enough about this amazing property! It totally lives up to the description and photos. We went for a mother/daughters weekend and had the most relaxing time. The location is perfect. We had a big snow storm come through and didn't have any problems being able adventure to and from the house safely. The property owner is very responsive and helpful. This property has such attention to detail! Best VRBO ever!

Loved our Colorado getaway!

We had a fantastic time at Home Sweet Dome! This unique property is in a secluded peaceful location, surrounded by trees. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire pit on the back deck under the stars. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. Our boys loved reading in the two cozy little nooks and playing music (from records and streaming from our phones) on the jukebox. So many thoughtful amenities throughout: robes, white noise sound machines, cozy pillows and blankets. A beautiful little lake (where we saw our first moose!) is located just a short walk from the cabin, perfect for fishing, kayaking, etc. Our host was incredibly responsive, and check-in/out was easy. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in the dome!

Absolutely lovely dome for your mountain getaway! The back yard was great for our small dog. In a secluded mountain neighborhood with great proximity to Nederland, which ended up being an absolute joy to visit. Was the middle of summer and the air flowing through the dome with open windows felt great!

Relaxing Stay

We really appreciated our long weekend getaway at the Dome! It was comfortable and very cute. The decks were great to hang out and I really appreciated the gated back deck so we could have our dogs hang out with us. The hot tub was a huge plus and very clean. The backyard is quite large and heavily treed, so I highly recommend keeping your dog on a leash. I also would recommend bringing an extra dog bed for the living room. I'd definitely recommend the Dome for a lovely Colorado getaway!

The coolest and best stay I’ve ever had

This spot is STUNNING, Unique and absolutely perfect in every way I can imagine for our stay. We absolutely loved it, followed them on IG and told all of our friends about it. CANT WAIT to come back. Would be perfect for sharing the space with another couple for the weekend.

Super cute

We traveled to CO for a National Dog Show so we had our 2 dogs in tow. Our friend drove over from Utah to join us for 2 nights. Very happy to find a rental with a reasonable pet policy, out in the country. The Dome is very cutesy decorated and was a fine size for 3 adults. Our dogs weren't thrilled about not allowed on furniture. Not as quiet as our personal home due to neighbors and vocal dogs in the yard next door, but nice dark skies for star gazing late night. Loved the beds, hot tub and fenced yard(rock/dirt not lawn so bring rag towels to clean dogs off each time they go out). Though note, our dogs fit right through/under the fence no problem. It's not for little dogs. Kitchen was well equipped, no fridge staples (early season)but some other staples like coffee and olive oil. We hikes every day. Highly recommended Lost Lake! The Dome area had beautiful surroundings, Moose spotted several times and good trout fishing in the private lake. It was good to get away!
