My group loved our stay here. The view was absolutely stunning! Beach access was easy. We appreciated being within quick walking distance of several good restaurants, and a comfortable walk in nice weather (or a very short drive) from the boardwalk area. The rental was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for watching movies, eating food, and playing board games. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Just a note in case any other renters get confused like I did: when we booked the condo, the address Vrbo gave us was for the community's front office across the highway, not for the condo itself - the condo is in a perfect spot, exactly where you'd expect it to be from the listing.

Fun in the Sun

This condo was exactly as described. Very clean. Very nice area of Bethany Beach. A great direct view of the ocean. We met and talked with a lot of very nice owners of other condos in the building. Everybody seemed very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

First time at Sea Colony

Over all our accommodations were lovely. You can tell the owner takes pride in her property. We found some areas that were not well cleaned. We notified the owner and she showed great concern and offered to send someone immediately.

problems at sea colony

check in was horrible, the staff did not know my name and I had to show them my emails could not hear the staff behind the plexiglass and they made no effort to speak up so we could hear thru vacasa a very streamlined professional classy introduction to the complex unhappy with kitchen supplies including lack of a variety of pots, pans and bowls real bummer that we had to make our own ice the owners really cheaped out with these issues
