It's important to know a few things when you consider booking it.
The best thing about the property is that the yard is phenomenal, absolutely beautiful with the best back porch. Ever.
The less impressive things are the very, very small bathroom with a door that doesn't close well. Harder to swallow was the way you have to get up to the second bedroom. There is a very awkward, verging on dangerous landing with caution tape that is partially gone. It has a cement square that pops up a couple of inches, leaving you with just a few other inches to move to get onto the ladder. The ladder is very, very steep, and the room upstairs is an A shape, with a height of about 5'5 (so younger, older, dizzy, disabled, or tall people may have a tough time getting up or downstairs). There isn't much storage in the kitchen, which is fine but important to know if you are bringing food. Finally, important to know that the faux wood-stove is exposed in the living room and is very hot, so if you do take pets, small children it would be important to watch them carefully or create a barricade so they don't get burned.
