Welcome to Oak Spring Farms, a romantic 1865 homestead on five scenic acres surrounded by oak trees, wildlife, a fishing pond, and a natural spring. Enjoy a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, five bicycles, and a peaceful countryside escape—pet friendly and minutes from Mohican State Park, skiing, and local attractions.

Please note: From late January through May, our historic barn will be undergoing a weekday restoration project as part of preserving Oak Spring Farms.

What to expect:

Construction occurs Monday–Friday during daytime hours only

Intermittent sounds such as hammering, sawing, and occasional heavy machinery

Work is mostly out of sight from the farmhouse, but some noise may be audible

No construction on weekends

Guests seeking complete silence and total privacy should book weekend stays, which are unaffected.

By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept the presence of weekday construction activity. Construction-related noise or visibility will not qualify for refunds, discounts, or early departures.
