I mainly rated this a 4 instead of a 5 as I dislike the impersonal, inflexible management style of Vacasa. When I asked questions about the rental, the replies were clearly AI summaries of the listing.Other than that, this is a beautiful home in a fantastic, quiet location. It has many nice touches including plenty of coffee, a well-equipped kitchen, a sweet welcoming gift, great kayaks, and glow in the dark toilet seats! The water comes right up to the base of the stairs at high tide and the seal watching, paddling, and sunrise viewing are fantastic. A few things to know about this property:-The driveway has plenty of room for two large vehicles, though the parking takes a little finesse. -While there are plenty of bath towels, there are no beach towels. -There are plenty of coffee and tea supplies, but other than that just a few spices in the kitchen. It's easy enough to pick up whatever you need, as Belfair groceries are less than 20 minutes away.- There are just a few puzzles, games and books. If coffee table books or David Baldacci in Dutch aren't your thing, plan to bring your own.- The second bedroom is extremely bright and the curtains do not block light at all. It's lovely, but not for those who want to sleep past sunrise.-The hot/cold markers on the back bathroom faucet are reversed.- Operation of the climate control was confusing. There seemed to be two different control systems for each unit and no directions for which one to use or how to use it.
