When we got into our room, it was clean and very nice. The problem didn’t start until our 2nd day. We stayed Friday and Saturday night because we were attending a wedding. Saturday night we got back to our room after the wedding reception pretty late, and drove 7 hours the night before so we hadn’t slept much. We wanted to come back and just get ready for bed to sleep, but the room next to us was being extremely loud and was blasting music. It was about 12:30am, so we called the front desk to make a noise complaint and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me and said “I’ll give them a call” and hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying something. The noise coming from the next room didn’t get any better so we called again about 30 minutes later. It is now 1am so we are just frustrated at this point, so I had my fiancé call the front desk again. The woman, again, disregarded our complaint, cut us off mid sentence again and said “I’ll call them again”, and hung up. This was our main problem staying at this hotel because of the disrespect and rude behavior from this employee.
