"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable condition of my room during my recent stay on 4/22
To be blunt, the state of the hotel was filthy and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable.
I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience."
