I would like to start off positive- this condo was very clean, very updated, and well stocked. The owners did a great job; however, I hope they know how inept the property mgmt. company (Vacasa) is. I chose this property because the description stated that you could "sip drinks on your private balcony and gaze across Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mtn." You cannot see one inch of the lake - you are staring at your neighbors balcony and a tennis court. I even questioned that statement before booking because of the pictures and received confirmation back that it definitely overlooks the lake. Other issues:
1: The arrival email instructions gave us the wrong entry code; the wrong Wifi Address and code; and told us our parking permit would be in the condo. No parking permit. We were on the phone with the 800 number 5 times trying to get correct information.
2: Went to dinner and once again, could not enter the condo. On the phone to the 800 number again. We finally got in and they sent a maintenance person out the next day to repair the keypad.
3. The local Vacasa management (Angela and Kyle) were helpful but the corporate level was the worst I have ever encountered. They offered to move us to a different condo but it had a spiral staircase that my husband could not handle due to recent knee surgery. They agreed to refund us for one night; however, we have now had 4 conversations with both local and corporate Vacasa, have received 3 different confirmations that it was processed, but now they say it will take 30 days. Have never had this kind of customer service before.
Again - the owners have done a great job with the condo; however, I hope they find a more reliable property management company.
