Very clean space with plenty of supplies (towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Host was very reachable and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier for a small fee. Few lights out and a bit sparse on furniture for five guests, but more than enough beds and restrooms for the lot of us. Overall a great stay and would book again!

Condition of carpet was unsanitary. Could not walk barefoot. Drains in bathrooms did not work. Towel bars fell of walls and towels smelled of mildew. The location of property is great. We won’t be back.

UT Austin Move-In

This property is very clean, spacious and in a great location. The only thing that I would recommend is that you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because of the highway noise if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. Overall, it's a great place to stay and the layout is ideal for a family or group of friends.
