I would characterize this place as a rental, not a hotel. Which is fine. I just wish it was characterized as such. We would have packed differently. Also wouldn't have booked it for New Year's/ wife's birthday celebration weekend. Zero staff on site. No carts to help you with your luggage. I reached out beforehand and asked what type of coffee pot would be in our room.They explained that it's more like tea bag coffee which is fine, but only left us three in the room for two people for a three-night stay?? The unit ended up having a drip pot so went to grocery. Only 2 towels 1 hand towel in unit, no house keeping lucky had washer and dryer in unit. Of course the elevator on our side of the building was out most of our stay on 5th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony view was amazing. Building very quiet and conveniently located. Grocery and restaurants nearby.

The good: good location, roomy, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The bad: no clocks anywhere but on kitchen stove, no bath mats, no pillows on the couch so used bed pillows, no kitchen towels or cloths, no brooms or dustpans, loud traffic-mostly motorcycles all night. Other small details. Did appreciate the upgrade to a 2 bedroom.

When I arrived the room they had available hadn't been cleaned, and it was basically downhill after that. There were issues from the codes to not get into working to the parking that I paid for now working.

Location was great. A little loud over the weekend, but close to lots of restaurants, bars and the high-line. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The negatives were the water pressure and the transparent toilet paper. Otherwise it would have been excellent.

Simple, clean accommodations

Apartment was fine. Cold and spare aesthetic. Furniture was low quality and had nuisance issues like TVs that had to be unplugged to stop persistent whine and an AC that shook the apartment each time it started. Check-in was a challenge due to the time-out between the login panel and the elevator. Staff very responsive to texts and helpful.

Room was spacious with a minimalist look. Essentials were provided. I did not use any of the amenities so I can not comment on those. Only real issue I had was the dryer not working, I discovered that after washing clothes. I simply hung them up in the bathroom. Kitchen lights and living room ceiling fan didn't work, not big issue. A coffee machine is provided but doesn't brew pods, so heads up on that. On the plus restaurant, bar, and coffee shops a few feet away.
