Under sheets that covered the mattress had stains on it. condition of the room walls were poor as it showed lack of maintenance because it was peeling. Sink was clogged the entire time of my stay even though i reported it to property management. Made it difficult for me to do self care. Received a parking violation for non-payment even though that was something the hotel should of taken care of as they promised. They eventually took care of it but to receive the violation in the first place sent me the wrong message as a patron of the establishment, considering my reservation was fully prepaid.

I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. We were also pleased with the response time in resolving a problem we had. The receptionists at the desk for the Showboat were not very nice.

3rd world country "condo"

I will never stay here again. The 12th floor looks like an abandoned hotel, with broken ceilings and large puddles from what i assume was a bad leak from the ceilings. It looks like dirty ponds in different areas. The entire hotel smelled and the stench was even worse on the 12th floor, where, despite all i described, we still had a room. The room itself was another issue. Peeling paint. Missing dishes, cups, silverware. But, we noticed that the missing items were labeled. We ensured that we didnt get blamed for those going missing. As most of the stuff was gone/broken before we got there. One room was missing a bed. The living rooms pull out sofa was a weird, non usable "futon" there is NO staff to talk to so having things made right for us, never happened.

Parking was a bit confusing with the app, but figured it out quickly. Garage seemed secure. Check in with their front desk was simple. Communication was awesome. The location was great. SOOOO Many children. Good food options. Our room was clean, well stocked and we had no complaints for the price paid. The only down side I would say is the hallways and elevator were dirty and needed some attention.

We were staying 9 people with 2 bedroom, omg cozy no more give comfy to us. All night everyone was wake up due to not comfortable beds and pillows. Better charging fee and hiding that use at least for something nice bed and mattress and blankets. I am posted all over that social media about this. Seriously, even passed out drunk person can not able to sleep on those bed. So think about it. Rate 0/10 and it’s deserved !!!

Room was clean. Check in process required ID plus selfie video. Hallway rugs had pet stains everywhere. Elevator and hall outside elevators had blood smeared on controls and window in hallway...for 2 days. Arcade and racetrack close, not 24 hours. Parking is not included with the additional $160 resort fee added to room cost.

The carpet in the elevator lobby and hallways (on the 20th floor) smelled badly of cat urine. Seemed like very old rugs/carpeting compared to the newness of the rooms themselves. Other than than, it was nice.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst hotel we've ever experienced. The hotel allows animals inside- the hallways REEK of urine so bad you have to hold your breath and the rooms don't smell much better. Broken door handles, outlet covers missing... No pool and no discount for water park. Hotel management is non-existent and shuns responsibilities off on property owners and no one will take care of anything. Avoid this cesspool at all costs.

Unreliable and lack customer service

Terrible service. Firstly, they forgot to send the email for their check in process (boarding pass). Waited 30 minutes to check-in. Arrived late in our room to a broken bed! the middle rod of the bedframe was so bend we has a dip in the middle of the bed! Had to sleep on the floor with no solution for 10hrs! There solution was to straighten Velcro wooden slats and claim the bed is not broken. We had to find another hotel. Very disappointing.
