This is the ABSOLUTE worst hotel we've ever experienced. The hotel allows animals inside- the hallways REEK of urine so bad you have to hold your breath and the rooms don't smell much better. Broken door handles, outlet covers missing... No pool and no discount for water park. Hotel management is non-existent and shuns responsibilities off on property owners and no one will take care of anything. Avoid this cesspool at all costs.

I had a 2br 3bath suite, it was clean n cozy had everything to our convenience it was home a way fr home. Checkin was easy there was entertainment for both the kids n adults. The water park on the premises was convenient also.highly recommended for family vocation.

Overbooked and had no room

When we arrived at cozy suites they over booked the hotel and they were unable to provide us a room. When we went to the room the first gave us there was someone already in the room. Cozy suites is run by a 3rd party and do a terrible job coordinating with air bnb. This place is not worth your time. We did get a full refund but it was easily the worst place i ever booked. DO NOT GO HERE.

Cozy suites is a third party company and didn’t honor terms posted by Expedia so I have to wait for my funds to be returned and rebook somewhere else with funds slated for my stay experience. Customer service is terrible. I was held liable for a bad partnership between Cozy, Showboat & Expedia all three are terrible for this inconvenience no one helped the customer.

The bed and couch were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work so it was very hot in the room. Yes need heat but at night would be nice to cool it down.

Good weekend geataway.

It was a great room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean and smelled pleasant on arrival. It only one trash can for the room and no other trash bags for trash. Overall a good experience at showboat via comfy suites.

The place was very clean and the perfect size for a couple! We stayed 5 nights and the price was super cheap compared to any other place in Atlantic City at the time. We had a gorgeous view from the 20th floor or the Showboat, and it was definitely somewhere I will book again!! Thank you

Great stay

Room was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows,a large bathroom, smart TV, and a refrigerator. Front desk checked us in quickly with no issues (also completed pre-check in with cozysuites a few days prior). Also can't beat the location right between Hard Rock and Ocean casinos.
