We found cockroaches in our room while we were sleeping, with our children present. I reported it immediately, but instead of properly addressing the issue, the manager wanted to fumigate the room while we were still inside. I refused because I did not feel it was safe for my children. We were moved to another room the next morning, only to discover cockroaches there as well. We had given the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but clearly the problem was not resolved. The manager then yelled at me, accused me of bringing the cockroaches to the property, and threatened to call the police. We also witnessed the manager yelling at and blaming housekeeping staff for the infestation. When I said I would report the issue to health inspectors and leave reviews, I was told they did not care. The experience was especially upsetting for my children. They cried and are now afraid to stay at hotels because they worry that “that man,” referring to the manager, will be there. We had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel. We were also refused a printed receipt when we checked out.Two rooms with cockroaches, disrespectful treatment, accusations, and absolutely no concern for our family’s well-being. I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.

This hotel should not be called a resort. It did not hold up to the photos. The pool bar was never opened even though there was record breaking heat. There were only towels at the pool 1 out of the 5 days I was there. The shower kept clogging and maintenance was rude about it and left a big mess after fixing. The worst part was the parking. There are very few spaces and I parked under a tree as it was the only available spot and when I came to put my luggage in the car in the morning the car was literally covered in ants inside and out. My car is clean without any food inside - never experienced anything like it!!!! Would def recommend picking a different hotel.
