Simply an elegant and well thought out home design for large groups. We were only 5 but appreciate quality in a “rental home”. Thank you for sharing your fun and convenient home with us! Super close to grocery stores and only about 19 minutes todowntown Asheville. Even less to golf at the Grove Park Inn.Loved the gas fireplaces— their ease of use was my favorite feature in the home. The hot tub, pool table, & ping pong table kept us entertained. Horse Shoes were nostalgic as were the porch swings. Comfortable beds too! Very clean! We were lucky & saw a bear meandering across a street while driving down the mountain to town around 7:15 pm. Super cool! Thank you for a wonderful memory!

The Lodge was exceptionally well appointed and beautifully organized. The kitchen was immaculately set up for a large group.We didn’t find a single thing over looked. Cutlery, glass ware, cook ware, even spices were ample and readily available.It’s made a 5 family get together a breeze. Plenty of room for all and options to socialize together or apart. Even the grandparents enjoyed the downstairs game room!

Very large, well appointed house

This house is on a private spacious lot. There are bedrooms on all 3 floors, each with an en suite. There's a large kitchen and family room plus large tv's in numerous locations. We all had fun playing ping pong & pool plus the other games available. The location is also close to shopping and downtown Ashville. The farthest we drove was 45 minutes to Dupont for hiking with waterfalls.

80th birthday/Thanksgiving reunion

This is a lovely property and did accommodate the fifteen of us nicely. The best part of the property is the games room-it was just wonderful and all ages were able to enjoy it.

Great Pick

Our group really enjoyed the place. Spacious, kitchen was well stocked, lots of tvs for multiple groups to watch at the same time.. Game room was very spacious, garage parking was available which was a plus.. Beds were very comfortable.. And number of bunk beds good enough for a large group with kids. Everybody liked the place. Thanks.

Fabulous Mountain Hideaway

This was a magnificent huge home in an absolutely beautiful mountain setting. Perfect for our reunion group of 12+ people and great for entertaining. Quiet and peaceful setting with unbelievable views and close to everything that Asheville has to offer. Couldn't be more pleased with our entire stay there. Will be back. Elliott Close

Best summer house we’ve had yet

Spacious and very well-maintained and well stocked house that was fantastic for our summer family reunion. Multiple family members said it was the best of the houses we’ve gotten. Only negative is the windy road that leads to the house, which made us not want to go out at night. But the upside was that we got to shot the house and its amenities more!

Great house for a family get-together

We rented the Huntly Lodge for our family group of 15 people crossing three generations. There was something for everyone - games and sports for the young people, and several gathering spots for everyone. The house was very well-equipped...especially the kitchen...and completely clean. The owners were very responsive to the few requests we had, and could not have made things any easier for us. This property is a wonderful choice if you want access to nature activities, restaurants, the arts, and all that Asheville has to offer.

Family Vacay

The Huntly Estate house was excellent. The house was very clean, very well appointed and spacious enough for our large family. It was conveniently located close to town. It offered many activity options including an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, several games in the spacious game room including air hockey, foosball table, ping-pong table and a very well appointed workout room. One of our families favorite rental houses.

Bachelor Party at the Huntly

The Huntly Estate was the perfect home away from home for a large group of guys spending a long weekend in Asheville. The house is even more spacious than it seems, the house came well stocked with necessities, and the amenities were all top notch. The property management was responsive and accommodating as well. I would give more stars if I could, and if I have occasion to book for a large group in Asheville again I will look for the Huntly Estate first!

Excellent Property for Large Groups

This house was in excellent condition and perfect for our 20 person group. The location was the perfect combination of secluded but not too far from town. The rental process and check in/out logistics were very smooth.

Best trip ever.

This house was PERFECT. We had 26 girls and the house for us perfectly. The downstairs garage allowed for plenty of space for activities, workouts, etc. The kitchen and living room fit all of us very comfortably. Could not have asked for a better place. Would definitely recommend!

Delightful

We had our family Christmas at Huntly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lower, game etc floor was a big hit. Kitchen could handle our big holiday meals. our one glitch was promptly addressed by the management company. Definitely recommend.

Bachelorette Party

We held my Daughter’s Bachelorette party held. The house was perfect for the eight ladies. Everyone got their own bedroom & private bathroom. PERFECT!! The house was so wonderful & all the amenities & personal touches were awesome.

Huntly Estate is Great

I stayed with my teammates who were there to compete in an adult soccer tournament. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. This was our second time staying there. It is the perfect home, and I’m thankful for the owner and rental company for doing such a great job.
