I stay at a lot of hotels and stayed at this place 2 years ago. I will never go back to this hotel again. After 7 longs hours of travel this is what I encountered for my 13 hour stay:
1) No parking. Had to valet the car for $30 plus tip. Last time they had us park across the street in the employee parking lot. All open spaces but guess they want to make the money with Valet parking.
2) Waited 10 minutes for the employee to show up at the front desk to check me. She asked me if it was 9:30 yet, guess it was time for her to leave her shift.
3) Disgusting smell of trash outside the elevator door on the floor we were staying. Pizza boxes, salad containers, food bags all overflowing the garbage containers.
4) I was not getting signal to the TV. Called the front desk, they apologized and said we have Direct TV and that it goes out when there are storms in the area.
5) My son had an ant crawling on his pillow.
6) Bed outlets didn’t work.
7) The bed was right next to the air conditioner. In order to to have the air conditioner on, I had to prop 2 pillows up on the bed to block the air from blowing on me.
8) No stopper in the sink, had to look at the gross build up in the drain.
9) No water pressure.
10) Ice machine spits out a few pieces of ice and that’s it.
Do not stay at this hotel!
