Location is great, house is generally very nice but a few issues. Floors were dirty, I stepped in something sticky right at entrance to loving room and used a wet towel to wipe it up and the towel turned black from the dirt. Given there wasn’t a rush to get it ready before our arrival and they didn’t allow me to enter early because they ‘were still cleaning’, this was disappointing. I took Uber from airport and since I didn’t have a car I sat on front porch for 3 hours while they were ‘cleaning’, and of course there wasn’t anyone there, that is just there way to tell you to wait until checkin. Garage door openers didn’t work, reported 1st day that they weren’t getting power, left them up all week, they sent someone to look and told me they would have to call electrician. Second day the washer died, however I suspect they knew there was issue because they didn’t even offer to have someone come look they had a new washer dryer delivered the next morning. Elevator stopped and was stuck in blackness for a few minutes, finally powered off and then on and it must have reset it. Sent their maintenance guy to look at it and he sent it up and down a couple of times and said it was fine. Not sure I would trust it. Pool heater stopped working day or 2 after we arrived. Sent their maintenance guy out and he said he would have to call the ‘vendor’. Somebody showed u; last day we were there and replaced a 10 dollar capacitor and said give it 24 hours to warm up. Lol, I had to be out by 10am the next day. Asked for a credit since we couldn’t use pool and received no response
Workers showed up and blocked driveway 3 days in and started working at side of house, I asked what they were doing and they feigned they didn’t speak English. I say that because when the enforcement officer stopped and told them to move his truck he all of a sudden could speak English. Anyway, called office and told them they had people onsite and they said there shouldn’t be as they didn’t schedule anything. They called back and said the owner had scheduled direct and they weren’t aware, had the workers leave and reschedule. Got a ticket for parking over the sidewalk because garage door snafu. My fault, should have known better. WARNING. They are serious about their parking i/enforcement, saw multiple people getting tickets. Lastly, I would suggest they inventory the kitchen.. No hot pads, only non stick skillet had the Teflon mostly peeled, and only one decent knife
