The home was pretty equipped and comfortable very cozy, it was a very short walk to the beach there’s also a pool which we didn’t get the chance to enjoy and well equipped with beach accessories and bikes, I would definitely book it again.

Omg! We just left and wish we could just live here! It’s just the most perfect location. It had everything we needed. Had a good cart delivered and piddled around the island all day. Walked from our place to the beach each morning with a coffee and again at night with a cocktail and watched the sunset. Pool was a nice touch. Bed was good, kitchen had everything we needed. Grill area was sweet. Not pretentious, just functional for a great price! Cute! Thanks Francine for the great restaurant recs!

Small well equipped apartment conveniently located a very short walk from Holmes beach. Lovely decor. Comfortable bed. Walkable to restaurants. Other visiting vacationers were friendly. Was a great first visit to Anna Maria Island. We will return!

The location is just perfect. 3 houses from the beach on a quiet street and easy walk to shops and restaurants which we loved. The reason for a lower rating is the bed and furniture-- its so broken down and uncomfortable it took a lot away from our stay. Just invest in a decent mattress and a new coach and this is place is really great.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and all the main attractions, making everything incredibly convenient.A special shoutout to Wanda for her over-the-top hospitality—she truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And Francine did an outstanding job with the cleanliness; the cottage was spotless and so well cared for.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the cottage was steps from the beach, great location, can also walk to anywhere on the north end of the island from the cottage. Cottage was clean and comfortable, the grounds where the cottage was neat and well cared for. Perfect place for quick stay as most places require a 1 week minimum.

Good location near the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Overall its a nice unit, however, the bed is in desperate need of replacement. It is likely very old and has zero firmness or support. If you have a bad back you will be sleeping on the sofa.

This place is amazing. Location is great, walking distance to one of the beaches (2 min walk) and close to many dinning options. The property ws under renovations due to the recent storms so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I will stay here again soon!

Perfect little spot in Anna Maria

We wanted to explore Anna Maria and this place was perfectly located, just steps from a beautiful beach and a short bike ride to Pine Ave shops and restaurants. Everything was as described and the place was spotless when we arrived. Also appreciate the bikes and gear as we flew there. Great communication with rental agency, who gave us a little extra time before our flight which was later in the day.

20th Anniversary getaway

Everything was perfect! super short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was riding the bikes around the island. We rode them everyday to breakfast!! The property is located just a short walk and even shorter bike ride to many restaurants and shops!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate!!

Beachy cottage but very small.

The cottage was nicely decorated and the furniture was comfortable. What I was not expecting was the tiny bedroom. It could accommodate a queen bed and two small night stands. There was no place to put our suitcase or a dresser to unpack our clothes. And the closet was only big enough for about six hangers. I did not notice an iron listed in the listing so I emailed the manager asking if there was one. I was told "no", so I brought an iron. It's not the easiest or lightest thing to pack when flying. However, when I arrived I noticed there was an iron in the closet. I now wonder if the manager even looked. On the plus side it was a quiet, especially at night. There were a couple of good restaurants nearby.
