Beyond Expectations

Spacious home. We were a family of four, but 10 would have been an easy fit. You are so close to the beach you don't even need shoes. Amazing sunsets as well. Clean, well appointed. Updated living areas. Very nice

Perfect Getaway

This last minute find was just what we needed. Lovely home with all the amenities and you couldn’t get any closer to the action. The beach is just steps from your door! The home is large, clean and a wonderful spot to start your day with a coffee and walk the beach. We plan to return!

Excellent Location and Well-Stocked

Recently stayed here with family (6 people, ages 3-70). Really great location. Steps to sand (with sunset view from living room) and walkable to dozens of shops and restaurants. One of the best "stocked" rental homes we have used over the years, from outdoor gear (beach, cornhole, grill) to kitchen equipment. Highly recommend!

Beach house with a view

We only had a few days at this property but the views and the fact that it was within steps to the gulf were well worth it. The house was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Being within walking distance on the beach to the The Sandbar Restaurant was also a bonus. Will definitely be back to stay!

Great spot

We loved how close it was to the beach and Pine Street with restaurants. You can see the ocean and all amenities were provided like beach towels and full kitchen. We would stay here again!

Excellent!

Almost oceanfront! Loved the quick walk to the beach and great views of the since. The house has everything you need. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs den is a fun hang out room. We loved renting bikes and riding around the whole island. Never needed our car. Try the beach yoga. So nice!

Just, wow!

I stayed at this property with my husband and it exceeded our expectations! Partial ocean view, and just a few steps away from the beach. It was really convenienct to be walking distance from the shops and restauants on Pine Street. Great customer service as well. Would recommend!

AWESOME VACATION

Perfect vacation property! Seriously DO NOT have to bring anything but your clothes and food, they provide everything! No issues and right on the beach! Best place we have ever vacationed at and that is saying a lot! Would highly recommend for a large family vacation!

Perfect location- need to iron out a few communication kinks still

The location is perfect. Steps away from a beautiful beach. House is super clean and well kept. Check in process was delayed due to being sent wrong access code. Not a problem things like this happen but it took 45 mins for owner/property mgr to call us back to give us another code. And yes we did call the emergency number listed on email check in. I would expect more efficient and timely response times given how much money it is to rent this place (not cheap). A check out email was also sent to us asking us what time we would be checking out on last day. We indicated the latest time of 10 am. The last day we hear someone coming inside through locked front door and it is the cleaning crew coming it at 8:45 am! Scared and shocked us as we just communicated to property team a check out time of 10 am. Not very good communication with cleaning crew and cleaning crew should not be able to access house until check out time. Felt that was very unprofessional and just a scary experience.
