Way Nice Place

Beautiful property, great furnishings. Convenient location; however located pretty close to other properties. Pictures a little misleading...no closet in downstairs MBR and downstairs master bath was tub only. Super management, manager/owner was easy to contact and extremely responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything necessary to prep dinners for large family. Easy commute to the slopes. Overall a very positive experience. The 3K security deposit a little over the top, but I guessing previous experiences with renters drove that mandate.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house has everything you need for your stay. It’s very spacious and clean. It’s easy to get to off the main road and just a short drive to town. Aimee was great to check in on us, but we had everything we needed. My kids are already wondering when we can go back.

Comfortable, Clean and Well Equipped

We are 2 families consisting of 9 people that traveled to Angel Fire to play in the snow and this home suited us perfectly. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in their home. The home was very comfortable, with quality furniture, sheets, and bed mattresses. Even the tissue and toilet paper was high quality name brand. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances were high end. I was even surprised that there was plenty of hot water for everyone to bathe after a long day of skiing. We all agreed that we would definitely stay in this home again. The one time I reached out to the owner to ask a question, she responded to me immediately. This home made our trip incredibly enjoyable.

Beautiful and well equipped home for a large family

Home was beautifully furnished and well equipped for a large family. We enjoyed the convenient location and clean property as well! House has heat and air and gas log fireplaces as well as nice patio furniture. Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. Only negative was there were only 2 showers. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Activities we enjoyed--golf, mountain biking, pickleball, and hiking!

Clean Cabin with many amenities

The cabin is very nice with everything your group could need. It was a little misleading about air conditioning. There is AC but the two upstairs rooms do not have AC. This is a super huge deal until it gets to be 85 one day. The open windows will cool off the upstairs but it won't be until later in the night. There is also an extra guest fee of $120 dollars per guest which I understand that but if a guest doesn't come you should be refunded. Overall, we would probably stay here again but have more of an understanding of what is available.

Wonderful family retreat

We loved staying at this property! It had everything we needed and was such a cozy, comfortable place to be for the holidays. It is a short 5 minute drive to the ski resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Fall Trip

One of the most well equipped and accommodating VRBO’s we have ever stayed at during our travels. The quality of the kitchen appliances and bakeware was much appreciated. It was a restful and beautiful home. We will look to stay there again on our next visit.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday vacation at this property. It was everything we had hoped it would be. Plenty of room, clean, and very comfortable. From skiing and sledding to deer eating right from your hand, there was plenty to do. And Aimee was always responsive and there if we needed her. What more can I say. Great mountain get-a-way.

Wonderful Christmas getaway!

Our family booked this cabin for our first mountain Christmas and we couldn’t have been happier. We have been to Angel Fire many times but this was the best cabin we have stayed in so far. The cabin is outfitted with modern amenities and had everything we needed. A great bunk room for the kids and a wonderful patio/porch to see the beautiful mountain view. Also a 5 minute walk to Monte Verde lake that has great trout fishing. It was too cold to fish while we were here but have been to this lake many times. If your considering this cabin, just book it, you won’t be disappointed. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect accommodations!

Our stay at Hummingbird Chalet was perfect! Beds were comfy, kitchen had Everything, huge tv to watch Thanksgiving Day parade and games and a big table to play games on! We loved it!

Hummingbird Chalet was our first VRBO experience and MAN am I glad it was! Host was very communicative and answered all of our questions before arriving. Beautiful updated home

Hummingbird Chalet is a beautiful, fully furnished, fully stocked and fully updated home. There are 3 large comfortable bedrooms, 1 on the main floor and 2 on the second level plus a bunk room in the basement. From the gift basket with wine and snacks, to the very nice bathroom amenities, to the kitchen stocked with teas, coffee pods, and a variety of implements and supplies, the hosts have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Aimee was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The chalet is conveniently located close to the attractions in Angel Fire.

Luxurious Retreat

Beautiful furnishings. The Kitchen had every gadget you could ever need. Wonderful outside grill and seating. Comfortable living space with big TV. 3 bedrooms and a bunk area. Great for our family and everyone have a space.

Fatnastic Stay, Host, and Weather!

The Hummingbird Chalet is a beautiful, recently updated property. It was clean and luxurious. We loved the style and furnishings as well as the Volcano diffusers. It had more than enough space for our family of 10 to sleep, sit and play. The deck was beautiful in the mornings. We loved sitting and watching the deer, and we even saw hummingbirds enjoying it as well. Communication was always excellent, and we had all the information we needed prior to arrival and checkout. Prior to arrival, Aimee sent us a list of activities and restaurants to enjoy in Angel Fire that we utilized. Upon arrival, Aimee had a gift basket on the table with snacks and necessities that made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. The checkout process was simple and quick. The cabin is three stories, with the bunkroom on the lower entry level, the main floor has the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a full bathroom, and primary bedroom and ensuite, as well as access to the awesome deck. The third floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and sitting space. Older guests did not love the stairs, but made it work. We had 5 vehicles and had plenty of space to park in the long drive way. Overall, it was a great experience with Aimee and the Hummingbird Chalet. Would recommend 10/10!
