The room was pretty good. The extra bed worked perfect for kiddo. Main bed was pretty comfortable as well and pillows were decent. Stupid open concept shower that is popular these days allows a lot of water out. Decent sized room for sure. Area is nice enough but a little less convenient than expected as the metro really only runs to central and a lot of our plans were south of there. So we ended up walking to tram and using it. But it was nice to be on a quiet canal with a few boats going by and being able to sit outside and enjoy a drink looking at the water/boats. Would stay here again.

While the hotel was generally clean, we were disappointed by the lack of some basic amenities we’ve come to expect—such as timely room service and the availability of washcloths. The room itself felt quite cramped. Although the staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous, overall service fell short. After returning one evening to find our room untouched, we had to contact the front desk for fresh towels and tidying. Throughout our stay, small but important details were repeatedly overlooked—used mugs sat for days, tea condiments weren’t restocked, and basic items like toilet paper and tissues weren’t replenished. We’ve stayed at a nearby hotel with the same star rating and similar pricing, and the experience there was noticeably more comfortable and well-maintained.

Nice and cozy

The room was comfortable, very clean and had a Nespresso machine. We can fill a water bottle at the reception service area. The location is good, just 5 minutes to the Metro station. Around the hotel there's no cafe, supermarket or shopping area. So, if you need something snack or breakfast, you should get them at the city.
