We loved our stay at Hotel Casa - the rooms were nicely decorated and minimalistic. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I have an allergy and dietary requirements and the staff were very helpful and offered suggestions and advice. The staff went above and beyond in several ways but what stuck out to us most was that a staff member came up to check on us after we’d mentioned that the tv wasn’t working - she came to ensure it was still working after the maintenance team came to fix it and was very lovely.

This was a great place to stay. Our room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk to the metro. The restaurant was good. My only concern would be staying in the Summer. We could only change our heat by1.5 degrees and open a small window (plus use a provided fan). It was a little warm for us a couple of nights.

As a whole I am satisfied with the CASA hotel. It's a few minutes walk to train and bus station. Staff are nice. The only thing I am concerned is about sound proofing. I could hear people talking in the next room when I was near the window

This was a great stay in Amsterdam. I was traveling to a conference and the hotel was near the conference center. The hotel had a quality restaurant with a really good buffet. Will not hesitate to stay at this location in the future.

The room are very comfortable and clean, I loved how everything is eco friendly. The duvets are the best duvets I’ve ever slept in super cozy. Despite not needing to use the mini shop inside the reception I thought this is a great idea as it’s very convenient. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Transport is only a less than 10min walk away.

This hotel was amazing really well priced we paid £500 for 2 rooms for 4 nights After looking in town and being dearer (over double) for hostels that had bad reviews we decided to stay 15 minutes away on a tram We paid 18 euros for a 3 day pass on the tram and took the 12 from Amstel station to the canal main areas This hotel was modern, bright, clean and the staff were amazing and they helped so much we even purchased our metro card from reception. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return
