"Great location for a visit to Mount Rushmore. Hotel was clean and had private sitting areas. Nice views. Clean. Breakfast was adequate. Seating was not. If weather had been nice we would have eaten outside. Cute little town. Lots of things to do that are different. Zip line, inflatable activity. Shopping quirky shops. "

"This is probably the nicest budget friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Nestled in Hill City, 20-30 minutes away from all the big attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds were sooo comfortable! My husband gives the showers 10/10. He is a shower snob! The full breakfast was filling every morning. My kids loved the waffle makers with the extra toppings provided. There is a fire pit to sit around at night and make s’mores if you want. The staff offered carrots to field the wild donkeys in Custer state park. My kids loved the indoor pool. There aren’t enough good things I can say about this place. The little down town is about a two minute drive to cute coffee shops (stop by Elizabeth’s) The only thing to note is there is not an elevator for the second floor. We called the hotel before we arrived and they so kindly accommodated us with a first floor room. If we ever travel Back this way again we will definitely stay here! "
