"Our stay was great. Our room was clean and spacious. The front desk morning ataff was excellent, and so were the valet. The evening front desk staff was very rude, though. I think her name was Shelly or something close to that. I had a question about the self parking and the valet. We paid for valet, but decided to self park since we had a handicap placard. Not only did she raise her voice to me in the lobby in front of other guests, but she wouldn't let me get a word in. I finally just told her i would speak to the morning staff instead.
Other than that, we didnt let that incident ruin our stay.
We also ended up going to the bar for happy hour and it was great. Bartenders were very attentive and accommodating. "
