Our lovely property is within minutes of river rafting, Zip lining, hiking, golfing and festivals. Be in the mountain country side enjoying all the adventures yet close to many fine restaurants, breweries, city adventures and tours.

We have a corn hole set that lights up for night time games, Bocce Ball, basket ball, Horse shoes, fire pit and grounds big enough for friendly baseball games, ping pong table, checkers and plenty of cards for our card game loving friends. There are many festivals and you will be all set and ready to take the crew out for the day or night. Many of the evening festivals ask that you bring your own chairs, picnic blankets, etc. to enjoy the mountain nights and we have all that at the property for your usage. Food and drinks are always available for sale. We also keep folding chairs, yard blankets, river towels and coolers for all your swimming, river sports and festival adventures.

Easy access, all paved roads and driveways. Located on 2 private acres of surround mountain views and just 10 minutes away from the heart of Asheville and all tri county area activities. Close enough to anything you may want to do in all area towns, villages and Asheville yet far enough to enjoy mother nature along with peace quite and privacy on our two acres of surround mountain views.

From the moment you step into this property, you will feel at home and welcomed.

The ideal location and spaciousness of our vacation rental makes it ideal for large groups, multi-generational family reunions, get togethers, groups of friends, organizations, adventure seekers, etc.. Plenty of room to be together yet plenty of room for those quite moments as will.

PEEK DATES ARE JUNE THROUGH JULY AND OCTOBER THROUGH NEW YEARS.

Please let us know as early as possible if you want any of these dates so that we will be able to accommodate you.
We have always been hands on with our cleaning team and turn around teams.

All bedding including bed pads, towels, soaps, etc are replaced for each group. Whole house disinfecting is also done along with regular cleaning. We run air clearing devises that clean allergens and dust from the air.

We have outdoor cameras that are disconnected during your stay. There are no other cameras. We have a security system available for our guest usage if they want one. Guest must inform owners if they want this option as it is set on off otherwise.
