Staff VERY friendly. Need a lower $ breakfast choice. Nice rm & bed. Extremely noisy from outside, hard to sleep. Bathroom way too dim. Shower pressure way too low. No coffee in room, no iron in room unless you ask. Wait staff gets distracted easily. Cannot access rooftop bar which was only reason we chose this hotel. Will not stay there at our next visit.

I recently finished my stay at the Kimpton Banneker hotel and it was amazing. From start to finish, the staff was very helpful and helped with all of my questions and needs. Specifically Cassandra, she was very knowledgeable and helpful as she assisted me with both checking in and checking out. I started and finished my vacation with peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. Would definitely stay again!
