The place was great. Loved the close proximity to ocean, forest, and town. The house felt very much like home. Just much bigger. Definitely loved the hot tub.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property in Oregon. The house was not clean when we arrived — the floors were disgustingly dirty, the fridge door was left wide open, and the TV in the living room didn’t work. There were no working smoke detectors in the whole house, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, we found dog hair dumped in the driveway from a vacuum, and even a needle outside on the property, which was very concerning.On top of that, the propane tank for the BBQ was completely empty. We were told to fill it ourselves and that we’d be reimbursed, but for such a pricey place to stay, we felt this should not have been our problem to deal with.We also tried to get in contact with someone to address these issues but couldn’t reach anyone for help. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, poor communication, and extra inconveniences made this a very disappointing stay.

Home Depot as beautiful and clean and looks newly remodeled. It was a short walk to the beach. Kids were entertained with ping pong games. The hot tub was really nice. We had an excellent stay!

Large, luxurious, clean house

The house is very clean and large. We were five (5) people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had premium appliances. The beds are super comfortable and everyone said they slept especially well. There is a hot tub off the back deck which worked well and was a very welcome place to relax.All in all a great place to spend time on the Oregon coast and we would happily stay here again.

Great house for lots of people

We loved staying here. It was a great location, the rooms and bathrooms were very nice. The only complaint, well suggestion really, there is a great play room but tons of stairs at this location so baby gates would have been nice. However, clearly not necessary just would have been an added bonus. Also, if they could put the ping pong table in the game/living room we might be squatting there still! When we first arrived, the place seemed extremely clean and well taken care of. After getting settled, we noticed lots of cobwebs and in the playroom there were dirty spoons and tissues. I can understand how some would find that aggravating, and we don’t believe the property itself deserves a bad rating for that, but we do believe the cleaning company deserves a terrible rating for that issue. Overall the place was perfect for us and our friends. We definitely enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The house was misrepresented

We got there and there was spider webs inside the house, in windows and the rear of the house was crazy dirty. The deck was faulty and my child fell through the deck due to no support beams and she was injured. There was glass all over the back yard. The fence had several holes in it and there was a hole to the side of the deck to under the deck. Ants were entering the property from somewhere near the sliding back door. Had to have a gentleman named Todd ( who was lovely and kind ) come to check the deck after deck broke and he said that we could not use the backyard it was not safe. We picked this place for the backyard, deck, fences, hot tub and grill which we could not use for 3 days of our trip. I called Vacasa, went to messaging and kept getting put off. Honestly, the house needs some work otherwise someone will end up getting hurt and suing. We have requested to have some reimbursement as we did not have full use of the house for 3 days and we left 24 hours early out of frustration and for comfort of our family and pets. No one would discuss this and truly, not impressed with Vacasa as this was our first experience with using them. I would ask if they fixed the deck, the holes in the fences, the ants and if anyone cleaned up the backyard and the spiderwebs. The house has potential, ask for updated pictures with dates on them.
