We had issues with the overall condition of the house and items not present for our use. The managers were difficult to reach; however, after reaching out to VRBO customer service, Pablo did respond and actually came over to address our concerns. The following evening he delivered the missing items, etc. He did his best to deal with the situation, albeit too late in our stay. The house needed overall TLC. However, Pablo's response to our comments brought about some of the needed changes.
