Terrific staff. In particular, Derar at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was fine for us, the pool was nice, and the location was perfect for exploring Vancouver on foot.
The room was gross. There were red stains all over the carpet. The shower handles were falling out of the wall. There is construction going on above. Terrible experience.

The room cost was approximately $500. The room was very dirty with a used napkin on the floor right by the bed, and a visible dirty footprint in the tub. There were visible streaks on the bathroom cabinetry. They did move me to a new room - but it was shocking how dirty the room was visibly.
