Location is not the best very close Gastown and Chinatown which are not safe areas pro walking distance to Harbor hotel by itself ok but need update staff friendly beds comfortable bike ride in harbor was beautiful and safe considering everything so expensive in Vancouver my stay was reasonable ok but next time would try to stay away from Gastown location

Nice location, great staff, meh room.

Overall nice hotel in a good location for concerts but definitely room for improvement. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was quite small inside with not a lot of room to move around or get luggage trolley in. The room itself was dusty and the carpets were outdated and dirty. The shower was nice, although quite narrow. The pool was ice cold but the hot tub was decent. There is only one set of elevators for each tower, resulting in very long wait times and unless you were quick to jump in the elevator, you risked losing an arm trying to hold the door open. The Parkade is under construction, and as a result was quite difficult to navigate, however, it is nice to know that they are upgrading it for safety in the future.

Hotel is older but clean, was pretty quiet. The parking under the hotel is a full gong show, they are repairing maybe? but it’s all fenced off and hard to navigate and for $25 a day it should be better hopefully it will be repaired soon.

It is a great location for anyone needing that area. They could work on cleanliness. Even though we were given a $100 off for the room being dirty. We just kept finding stuff. I Personally won’t ever stay there again.

The Hallways carpet stained, dirty, room was old, tub never drained bathroom door never closed no bath fan room smelled mildew, no tolit paper, looked out at lane, and roof stack. They moved us to a new renovated unit, it was like lipstick on a pig no better. Only good thing was the manager who totally understood.

Very good location, especially if you are using the Big Bus Tour bus to get around. The location of the pool was a little odd. The in-house restaurant was very good. The only disappointing thing was the elevator. I don't know if it was the programming, or if it was just slow, but they were both small and we waited a really long time every time we called for them.
